.....damn.

I`ll have to buy this.

Even though I am usually focused on Star Wars exclusively, Pirates was my biggest interest before that.

I resisted the urge to buy the big ship of the recent line (can`t bear to remember all those names) to add it to my (disassembled) older Pirate ship. The reissued one from, dunno, 2000 or what.

And then this.

Well, there is not too much Star Wars coming up January next year for me so... maybe...

I have one complaint though, four cannons is not nearly enough for a ship this size.

PS: Impressive pictures Parax!

I know right.. 16 seems more like it.... :P

Those pictures make it seem very grand indeed. :)

Also, going back one page, the Captains cabin looks very good indeed. :) Apart from the lack of a bed, guess I'll have to put that in myself....

A nice big ship, with a prison, a kitchen and a captains room, a cook? and a beautifull captains daughter. :pir-wub:

The sails with ropes are nice. Are that new black ropes or had they already been in the 4junior pirates sets?

The ship can become easy transformed into a commercial ship and looks very good.

Only the prize is a bit high for me, but you will get a terriffic set for it.:pir-classic:

I am not too much of a pirate fan besides the minifigures and I have to say this is one of the most detailed large sets ever done in Lego. To me this is like castle's medevil village except pirates was cancled sp this is the ultimate prize for pirate fans.

I just got back from vacation in Cozumel, Mexico where I spent a large chunk of my LEGO budget on a great necklace for my girlfriend. I was shocked to see this great set when I got home and I must say it is a must have. Too bad I spent most of my money on that necklace... or is it? She told me last night that she would pay for half of it for my birthday/Christmas since the necklace I got her was her birthday/Christmas gift. So, long story short, I cannot wait until this set comes out. I may be making a trip to my local LEGO store on Jan. 1st to pick it up.

I don't know if this has been discussed, (Sorry for not wanting to go through 11 pages of "OMG I LOVE THIS! IM GONNA BUY IT!") but it looks like the Captain's daughter has a new face...its about time...

Wowww!! That's a huge ship!!

I'm guessing it can take on both the BSB and the SES no problems! The 6274 and 6280 might provide assistance though.... I guess the crew's a little on the lower side, so I'm gonna have to start building a redcoat army :pir-devil:

Well, time to start saving $280, $180 for the ship and another $100 (or even more) for shipping to India; I hate shipping costs :pir_bawling:

I was just scrounging for some new female faces for my MMV setup. I would really love to see a close up of the Captain's daughter (front and back view).

At last this could be revealed :pir_laugh2:! Now we´ll wait for more pictures from BrickCon!

Your wish is my command. :pir-grin:

Wait... dang it. Stupid computer I'm on isn't working. Looks like you might have to keep waiting. :pir-sceptic:

In this pic, what is the redcoat on the top right holding? It looks like it could be some sort of stick grenade, but I'm not sure.

He's using it here (should make things clear, FIRE! :cannon: ):

It looks like a starwars lightsaber blade holder, with a flame added to it. I also thinks it supposes to be a grenade. I don't think it's meant to be a burning spyglass. :pir_laugh2:

Although, perhaps it is the spyglass part with a flame on it.

Good God!! I certainly hope I've got 180-some-odd dollars lying around when it becomes available. The Imperials finally get a decent flagship.

On a side note, it is much like the Flagship unit in LEGO Battles for the DS in the fact that she has four gunports on each side...

The bottom is way too big to be a lightsaber handle.

That's because it's not. It's a spyglass, being used as a linstock.

P.S. THANK YOU BONEPARTE!!

VIVA NAPOLEON!!

When you take a quick glance at the Flagship you get the illusion that it has way more than 4 guns.

Anyways, the brown stick is like the stick used to fire a cannon, but for ships so you dont jab anybody with

oversized firing utensils.

My parents promised that they would purchase the ship for me on my Birthday January 23rd, so I have already

created my posistion as ruler of the sea. ;)

Anyone care to join me?
