Stauder Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 Zombie Michael Jackson. How much would that differ from how he looked these last few years? Haloween ain't celebrated round these parts, so i'll go out as myself. Which in itself is a scary tought. Stauder. Quote
user Posted October 22, 2009 Posted October 22, 2009 Well, I live fairly close to Detroit, and I love evil clowns (Stephen King's IT anyone?) so I'm going as a gangsta clown. It's a pretty simple costume, just baggy pants, a sweatshirt, fake bling, and clown makeup. Reminds me of poop dawg the the dog hybrid gangsta clown of defeat from invader zim! Quote
kill will Posted October 22, 2009 Posted October 22, 2009 I'm... genuinely disturbed. Poop dawg? -Runs- Quote

I wouldn't think your school would still allow kids your age to wear costumes at school. Were you the only kid with a costume? Quote

Your school must be laided back on a lot of things. I bet a lot of kids would have worn them if the school wasn't strict. Mine was and still is strict. My TFOL brother has a very small hole is hus pants and they wanted to send him home. It was down by his calf too. It was no bigger than a 2X2 round plate. Quote

Most schools don't have a problem with it, shoot even some of my teachers woar costumes, of course that was over 10 years ago. Quote
Emperor Claudius Rome Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 I went out as a pirate dar yeh. I got a good hall of booty this year. including a full size box of smarty's. Quote

prateek Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 This year I was a surgeon. Mostly because of the fact I went to pick up my sister from the hospital and she had a radiation suit for me Quote
JCC1004 Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 I was indiana jones, with authentic cloths (hat, leather jacket the works) My brother was Indy too. His costume homemade. For a fedora he bought one at a craft store awhile ago, he had a nice white undershirt, my dad's old leather jacket( that had the worn look), so khaki pants, some old boots, and one of my mom's old purses for the satchel. It did look authentic. Quote
sologuy369 Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 I was the classic sheet ghost! Fun, classic and easy to make. Used safety pins to pin sheet top to hat to keep to eye holes...well...on my eyes . As I look at my self's reflection, my ghost looked pretty good! Quote

I sort of feel ripped off with the amount of candy i got this year so next year i'm considering staying home and handing out candy . JimBee Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 It's that time of year again! Yes, I'm bumping a year-old topic, for good reason. Better than starting a new topic for the same purpose, right? Anyway, I'm interested in what my fellow EBers are doing to celebrate Halloween this year, if you are at all. Trick or Treating, costume parties, even MOCing to get you into the holiday spirit (no pun intended)? Share it here! Along with Christmas and April Fool's Day, this is one of the few holidays we celebrate on EB. As for my holiday plans, my friends and I thought it would be funny to have our costumes be real doors (on their frames) that we would carry around during Trick Or Treating, and put a "please knock" sign on the front. So when we ring someone's doorbell, they'd be greeted to a door, hopefully knock on it, and we would would give them candy. A few reactions ought to be amusing. Quote
brickmack Posted October 21, 2010 Posted October 21, 2010 Im going as Darth Vader this year. I wanted to go as Anikan but the holloween store didn't have any costumes of him in my size... I'm also planning SOME kind of MOC but I haven't thought of any ideas for it yet... Quote
not-in-use-anymore Posted October 21, 2010 Posted October 21, 2010 That seems pretty jerkish. Just dress up in a costume, sit out on your front porch really still holding a candy bowl, and when the kids get close enough, flinch and make a sound. That is the scariest thing you can do. The trick is to have 2 or 3 visit intervals so they won't know it'll happen to them. I am going to be The Invisible Mustache Afro Pilsbury Dough Boy Hobo With Not Real Hamburger And Lightsaber Left Over From When I was Darth Maul. Not Real Hamburger is for Chipotle so I can get a $2 "boo-rito". Yes, I am indeed serious. Indeed. Quote
Zeya Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 I'm going to be a cowboy. I'm hosting a Halloween party. I've got most of my costume, except I need to find a plaid shirt or something. I've got a hat, tie around mask like lone ranger or zorro, a handkerchief for over the mouth/nose with a skull on it, a pistol, a shotgun that makes smoke, a badge, a bandolier (bullet holder around body)...
