Emperor Claudius Rome Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Our former member Wellington has posted the first episode in his new series, "The Revolution" on Youtube. Since he can't do it himself now, he contacted me via Youtube, and told me to post a link here for him. Here it is, Enjoy. Quote
Zorro Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Looks like a nice Brickfilm. Too bad he didn't follow the rules, else he could have posted this himself which would be much nicer. Quote
Eurobricks Emperor Bonaparte Posted October 19, 2009 Eurobricks Emperor Posted October 19, 2009 Good movie! And as Zorro said, it's sad he can't post it himself, but after getting a second chance from the staff he couldn't resist making another duplicate account pretending to be someone else. A line has to be drawn at some point. Quote
Emperor Claudius Rome Posted October 19, 2009 Author Posted October 19, 2009 Sir Wellington sent me to tell you: "I made the account since I thought I was being banned on SirWellington, it turns out they discussed it and let me stay, but I have no control to delete an account." His words, not mine. Quote
General Armendariz Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Its a pretty good film, has great history to it. One problem I see is I heard machine gun fire in the 1700s! Good movie! And as Zorro said, it's sad he can't post it himself, but after getting a second chance from the staff he couldn't resist making another duplicate account pretending to be someone else. A line has to be drawn at some point. What is his duplicate account? Or is it a secret. Sir Wellington sent me to tell you:His words, not mine. He told me he got banned because of the game he made. But it couldnt be, right? Quote
Emperor Claudius Rome Posted October 19, 2009 Author Posted October 19, 2009 Well, now I'm Sir Wellingtons EB fingers now. And general Armadiez: He told that to me as well Quote
Captain Genaro Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 One problem I see is I heard machine gun fire in the 1700s! The colonists were ahead of their time . Nice movie though I have not seen any revolution movies yet. Bummer he got banned. Quote
Zorro Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 What is his duplicate account? Or is it a secret. He told me he got banned because of the game he made. But it couldnt be, right? PLEASE stop discussing this, the game has nothing to do with it and he actually made MULTIPLE accounts (4 or 5 or something) on different moments. Furthermore this is a case between him and the EB staff who stand united in this decision. He knows the reasons why he got banned and we know them and that is enough. Keep it to discussing his creation, not him. Thanks . Quote
Emperor Claudius Rome Posted October 19, 2009 Author Posted October 19, 2009 Its a pretty good film, has great history to it. One problem I see is I heard machine gun fire in the 1700s! Wellington Gave an answer Oh and General A's comment about machine gun fire, it is considered volley fire, picture 200 troops standing next to eachother firing at the same time, yeah probably would sound like a machine gun. General Armendariz Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 (edited) Wellington Gave an answer Ah now I get it Just like in that movie "The Patriot" Edited October 19, 2009 by General Armendariz Quote
Commodore Hornbricker Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 Very nice film. Shame. I miss that kid. Quote
Scouty Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 Wellington Gave an answer I dispute. The sound is not a machine gun, but rather a large *crack* with some more gunshots that were delayed. Not a bad film, overall. Quote
Ratshot Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 I enjoyed it but I think that the lighting situation could be improved. Quote
