I really want to enter this raffle, so I'll have to come up with something before the deadline.

I hadn't noticed this raffle, so it was a good thing CopMike made me aware of its existence

excellent initiative

I completely missed this raffle which is unlike me.

Will get building tomorrow :classic:

With only 37 people everyone was bound to be a winner.

Can't let that happen.

Alright, alright, no need to get pushy! Here's my entry:

Ah, Christmas Time! The time of joy and giving...

It's that time of year again and even Dr. Inferno is getting into the holiday spirit - sort of.

Hope you like it.

It's that time of year again, the time when Christmas parties are always on the go, with never a break. In this scene, we see a classic EB Christmas party in full swing. It's good to see a number of people were able to make it, along with several other interesting characters from various parts of EB. Matidoer Castle is ringing with the sound of merry laughter and festive holiday cheer. Enjoy. :sweet:

Here's our entry for the raffle:

You can check out more pics of it over here.

The background story in short:

Ms. Bruja's home, Christmas eve - her grandson Jimmy was just busy decorating the tree while granny was cooking her special X-Mas soup... when suddenly there was a splash and instead of Ms. Bruja's secret ingredient, the final addition to the soup turned out to be no one else but Santa himself. Aided by his "little helper" on the rooftop (and most probably Ms. Bruja as well - you don't expect the big man to be just pulled out of the chimney by that elf, do you?), Santa will probably have to prolongue his stay at this home if he doesn't want his pants to freeze while flying over rooftops...

Edit: Pic slightly resized to fit required dimensions

Hmm. Not sure if I'll be able to make something before the weekend. I'll give it a shot though.

I second that - I should be able to make something before the weekend

Here`s mine:

Old Mr. Jenkins (sorry, couldn`t resist the name) thinks he has finally caught one of those pesky youngsters who have been breaking into his house since Halloween.

Too bad he is wrong. Now noone will have a happy Christmas.

I custom-made the shotgun myself, the tree is taken from the 2007 city advent calendar (I think that was the year).

And here I present my humble contribution to this contest.

I don't have any white baseplates so the sledge might be a little heavy to move, but santa is using magic isn't he? I also did not have any Lego deere available at the time so I substituted it with a horse instead

So, as BrickShelf is unavailable and I don´t know how to post pics directly from Flickr, here are some links to my entry:

Mr and Mrs Johnson wanted to cut their own tree for christmas (and why not cut some extras and sell them?), however when they loaded the biggest tree on the trailer, things got a bit wrong...

(Some members may recognise the background from the old Snow Box contest. Nope, still haven´t gotten around to dissassemble it. )
