How do you add a pic to your profile

So, the title is self explanatory, as I am new.

Go to My Controls, then to the Category Personal Profile and:

• Edit Signature: to put one in all of your posts below your typed texts
  
• Edit Avatar Settings: to change your avatar picture
  
• Change Personal Photo to change the photo in your profile
