lego-maniac Posted November 19, 2009 Author Posted November 19, 2009 As I've posted on French Forum Legopirate here is how I've built the Fig First, I've used Excel : ---> new (CTRL+N) ---> select all (CTRL+A) ---> format / Line / height = 12 ---> format / Column / breadth = 5.14 ---> then, borders, / all borders now, you'v got a well cross-ruling and each cell represent a 1X1 plate ! Then I've imported a pic of the fig and use scale (the breadth of the minifig equal 2X1 plate, transformed in 26 cells breadth ) and used symetry !!! I wish you'll understand ! A pic will be more explicit : The, I've built all in 2 dimensions just to valid proportions and use it like a model Then, I've extruded the fig during building Arms and hands are the same than the Lego Instruction Hope the method will inspired some of you ! lego-maniac Posted November 20, 2009 Author Posted November 20, 2009 hehe, I'll give you some strange pics until decembre 5. For this moment, I still keep posting few details every 2 days For the avent Calendar, I've already do something for my son : All pirats have deseapered and new minifigs are coming ; C3PO, Bib Fortuna, jaba, Ben Kenobi, jawas, Sebulba and a scoot trooper still looking for minifigs .... Hope he'll love it ! It will be an non officiel Lego Star Wars Calendar ! Quote
Commander_Rob Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 Wow, I wish I had an advent calendar like that. Too bad there will probably never be an official one. The fig looks amazing with the lights, reminds me of Republic Commando. Another guess at what the knobs on the back do: Do they turn the head? Quote
