Oreo Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 Hullo chaps, as you probably know, I am new here, and I would like to share with you, the good people of Eurobricks, my Lego Website, Brickstory.com. I will be updating it frequently with more and more themes and adventures. Here's the link, and enjoy! http://brickstory.com/ Quote
Siegfried Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 Welcome to EB! Please note that the Website & Forums section is about EB matters only so I'm moving this to community to avoid confusion... Quote
Dutch Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 (edited) Is creating a new topic for promoting a another website okay Siegfried? Edited November 20, 2009 by clone killer Quote
Siegfried Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 Is creating a new topic for promoting a another website okay Siegfried? Depends. It should be LEGO related, but it's probably better for everyone that you just had a subtle link in your sig instead. What's the site? If it's the one in your sig already then it's OK. A little big, but OK. Also, joining EB and promoting your own site in your first (and only) post is really bad form IMHO... Quote

The site is called Little Brick Schoolhouse and from the name it's a lego forum and a homeschooling site aswell. May I promot this site? Edited November 20, 2009 by clone killer Quote
Siegfried Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 May I have promot that site? Yeah, it's OK for you to keep that link in your sig. Quote
Sandy Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 I'm sorry, Oreo, but where's the "LEGO" on your site? I could only find one picture of a minifig, and a few names with the word "brick" in them. You should definitely add some pictures of creations before you can claim it a "LEGO-related website". Quote
Big Cam Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 I think advertising your forum on another well-established forum is just douchebaggery. All you are doing is stealing their members. I know the Siggy said it's alright for the links in sigs and whatnot, btu that's just low. Quote

Actually there is a section of minifigs: http://brickstory.com/archives/91 Quote
