Yes the advent calendar is going to be a must buy. I also like the idea of putting exclusives into the calendar as long as it available widely. This new castle line just gets better and better.

I can't wait to see everything that will be in the calendar. The prince fig is just awesome, and it's even more awesome to be able to add another character to the castle world. If i'm not mistaken this should be the first EVER fig of a prince?

Just for fun I went to brickshelf and typed in 'Kingdoms Advent' and that folder popped up.

This images are taken from some auction site and some of those auctions ended over two weeks ago.

What auctions site? I'd love to see if they had more minifigs up. Want to see the rest of the torsos.

Love the new queen and with black hair! Guess this royal family will all have black hair (my Crownies all have brown).

I see on the advent calendar box art that the prince has the same torso as the lead knight in the battle pack and with PoP hair. In the auction pic he has (I am assuming) the same torso as the king in the large castle set. I wonder which one it will be.

Okay, if it wasn't April the 1st, I'd be convinced that these are actual prelim figs, but you can't blame me for being sceptical today, right? :laugh:

Anyway, the prince's torso IS a decal, just look at the border of the "printing". Now, if it's an official prelim or a fake, I can't say at this point. Somebody could just be mimicking the Advent Calendar pic for all we now.

Sorry, but it is definitely NOT a sticker :tongue: If you look at the BIG size picture (not the one Nikolai posted) you can totally clearly see that it is printed. If you don't zoom it in, your eyes get fooled a bit, i noticed that aswell. But when you look at it at the original size there's no doubt at all it is printed.

You are right, I stand corrected. The lighting made the print look matte, and created a white stripe around the printing to make it look like a paper sticker.

But if somebody now jumps up and shouts "April Fools!", I'm going to punch that person virtually in the nose. I was fooled once today already. :tongue:

I do hope they use the Dastan hairpiece in black for the final figure, though, rather than that age-old hairpiece.

TBH, I really didn't think about it being April Fools Day. I'd be really sad if these were fakes, but they look too well done and Lego-ish to be fakes. I also hope the PoP hair comes in black in the final product.

On a different note, I am wondering if we will get the lion red armor torso that we have seen in the battle pack and advent calendar art or did it evolve into the Prison Carriage Rescue lt bley armor torso.

If so, then it looks pretty nice indeed, I just hope that the Dragons get their 'characters' too, not only those generic useless folk! *fixing my monocle* :tongue:

Any idea on the time frame for when these sets are going to arrive? I know that its going to be in the summer but I'm not sure what month, July or August.

Plan on August for it to come out, that what I have been hearing.

Yes! I've been missing out for years, and now I can finally get the BEST one yet! :thumbup: I just wish that (from what I've seen) there'd be more balanced factions-i.e. 2 Dragon knights, 2 Lions, (but more in reality). :tongue:

That great helm looks fantastic... would be nice if there was a small bit of plastic inbetween the two eye-holes to make it a bit more realistic, but I should just be happy we are getting one. :classic:

I really can't wait for all this to be released... I'll certainly have to pick up those impulses when they are released. :thumbup:

Don't get your hopes up, the Pirate AC wasn't released in the States, I think we started a petition but it was to no avail.

I all ready knew that hence my question. The castle one was in a similar position IIRC. The only Advent Calendar I seen in stores were City ones.

I hope they do come out in the USA, so I can get one too.
