Well I was on bricklink some 2 weeks ago and purchased 4 imperial gaurds from a store called Witch-Bit...Jane being the owner. I was very ancious the day I recieved them so I open it up and here is what I find...3 Imperial guards, and an imperial soldier...I was disapointed because I wanted red coats...But none the less I e-mailed her and told her our problem. So we agreed that she would send me a new imperial gaurd... Along with another order I had made. When I recieved this order yesterday..With the imperial gaurd I take it out and what do I see...Two cracked arms, a discolored shirt...A normal shako and great blue epaulettes. Ohh yah and the backpack was chewed up. So now I wasnt happy but but but I told her once again and she appolagised saying she was very busy and hadnt realised she sent a bad one..So im getting another one! That means I get a good shako for free..Along with a beat up guard..A good gaurd, and a soldier! Talk about luck! :D

i hope for you it all works out, still, i would mention the trouble in your feedback. other customers may not be so lucky or patient as you are... and you have an obligation as a customer to tell these things to the BL community. that's the only way the system can work...

perhaps this topic should be moved to the buy, sell, trade... forum...

Ohh but it has all worked out... And i am not disatisfied for I am getting much mroe than I payed for..Everything else was in pristine condition! And the men I did get where in great condition so was the soldier that was sent accidentely..And I just ordered 10 forestmen from her! so yeh :D

good customer service is everything! i only messed up one order when i had my store but i made sure they were satisfied. i said to them pick any two minifigs of my web site and i will put them in their order. i got great feedback from them because i made the effort to sort it out. if you are now happy why complain. that would be pointless.

I had only one negative feedback on ebay while selling and it was due to the post office that lost the packet. Actually I really don't like those "I am sooo sorry but life is so hard for me at that time". When you do business, you have to take the responsability that goes with it. i have been screwed so many times on ebay that I now don't buy from people with less than 50 positive feedbacks and 98% rating

i agree completely... it's not that difficult to count the requested parts and to check the quality... i can understand that you send 99 or 101 parts instead of 100 if those are really small parts (and even then!), but minifigs? nooooooooooooooooooooooo

I think some of u might have misunderstood... She sent the right amount but one of them was blue instead of red..And because of that she sent me another red one..But it was a bit beat up so she sent me another one...So i got three!!! +the 3 other so I started by buying 4 gaurds and ended up with 5 gaurds and a soldier... And this is bricklink btw.

no we didn't. i just made a general statement. i can understand that you are happy with the transaction, as a person i'd probably be happy as well, as a customer i wouldn't cos i feel sending lego to a customer isn't particularly difficult to do it right from the first time out...

Too be fair, its an easy mistake to make.

Especially if you've got alot of customers.

The important thing is she replaced the figs.

I've used Witch-Bit a few times myself.

She's a great seller.
