LEGO Collectible Minfigures Series 1 Poll

I choose #1 Caveman. Like his beard/hear and it's something LEGO hasn't tried before. I also like the dummy, cowboy and... well, I'm gonna have to collect them all

Hoping to see some Romans/Greeks in the next wave

With these coming in more than two times a year, it's gonna get pretty expensive

I'm honestly thinking of using these as a sort of investment. How much do you think these would be worth in, say, five years?

I picked the zombie. Man, I really hope these are available in the US.

But about the so-called "wrestler," I originally thought he was a superhero (which would actually fit in the alphabetical order between "spaceman" and "zombie"). I guess he is a wrestler, but he could be used (or some of his parts could at least, particularly his head) as a superhero.

I'm most looking forward to the Native and the Forestman, since I don't have anything close to either and I have a rather noticeable shortage of longbows.

The ninja is a little bit boring, but all the other figures are incredible, I love the cheerleader and the nurse :)

My vote went to 13, the hair piece seems really nice. But honestly, it was a hard choice.

I really like 1, 2, 7, 9, 12, 13 and 16.

These are just outstanding... it's hard not to imagine buying a whole box of these. There's so many nice features and parts with these - those new hair pieces are fantastic - so many uses and collectibility besides!

I finally picked the Forestman for my vote, he totally reminds me of the Green Arrow with his goatee and debonair grin! Was hard choosing when the quality of all these is so high. Can't wait to get my hands on these!

Anyway, I vote for the caveman, since it's a pretty original idea, and the minifig looks like it serves it purpose; not only that, it could work as a bum, too!

Wow I thought there would be at least one fig that would be most popular, but the scores are so alike! My vote goes to the clown. It was a close call with the cheerleader though.

Argh.. impossibile to choose... I like almost all minifigs!

After a very very difficult skimming, I can say that my favorite are: Caveman, CheerLeader, Clown, Dummy, Nurse, Robot, Zombie.

And that's true now, but tomorrow could be different!

I'll choose my favorite minifig nex days!

PS: If there will be a pool for 2° series of minifigs, for me the choice will be much more easy!

I have most of the figs now, and I think my favorite is the Spaceman, but the robot is a very, very close second. His raygun is just so awesome, and everything on him is very reusable. The robot isn't quite as reusable, but he is so retro, shiny, and cool.

For me too. To be honest, I'm surprised we don't have one yet, considering we already have hi-res pics of all the figs. After all, this thread got started after we only had thumbnails of the figs! But the reason might be the fact that there are already some clear favorites. Still, someone should make such a poll...

2, 7, 9, 10, and 11 are my favorites.

For me, the caveman, cheerleader, forestman and nurse are the best of the lot. They are the only figures I've purchased in multiples thus far. I hope to pick up a few more cheerleaders as I only have six right now but finding these guys is starting to become difficult (at least where I live).

I have a pair of the original Forestmen, and they look a whole loot better, so I'm voting Caveman all the way.

I have to admit, going into the series, I was convinced the wrestler was the best. However, now that I have my hands on them, I think the robot is the coolest for what I'm looking for. I've already added a second robotic arm (from some Agents fig) and cut the "hands" shorter so he's not a knucle dragger. His name is Johnny One. He's a member of my 1940's hero team, the Mystery Men.

The wrestler's applications are a little more limited, so he dropped in my opinion. It's good to have an extra cape (though I make decent ones myself), and the head and legs are awesome, but the forestman and the cheerleader are way cooler "in person".

Now that I have all the minifigs in my possesion, I can say that the Cowboy, the Spaceman, the Cheerleader and the Skater (sounds strange but looks very cool from close) are my personal favorites.

There's certainly been a lot of discussion about LEGO's new Minifigure collection. We've had CopMike's early fig reviews, the terrific Minifig Contest coordinated by WhiteFang, Peppermint M's creative collection of MOCs, and a 1,400 reply post in the Town Forum; as well as a few other interesting topics related to the figs.

But until now, we don't have a poll to vote for our favorite Series 1 Minifigure.

So, I'm going to add this topic to see how these figs are stacking up among those of you who have been fortunate to buy a few, and those of you admiring the figs from a far.
