Ratshot Posted April 7, 2010 Posted April 7, 2010 (edited) I'm really glad you managed to fix her Shame to see she is still flying the Bluecoat flag... Put a plug in it will ya' Edited April 7, 2010 by Ratshot Quote
Commodore Hornbricker Posted April 7, 2010 Author Posted April 7, 2010 Thanks everyone. I am glad to have her back together. I felt responsible for her dimise and it has been nagging at me. She is going to get two bluecoat escort ships on the small white and blue hulls so she won't be alone in her role of enemy and of course Captain Green Hair will remain in command of her. I haven't built much on my fleet the last few months but I have a bunch of hulls laid and ready and I have three small ships I have been building 2 bomb ketches and a water hoy that are getting close so maybe in a couple days I'll update my fleet topic with them. Ratshot Posted April 7, 2010 Posted April 7, 2010 How many ships do you have on the go at the moment? Quote
Commodore Hornbricker Posted April 7, 2010 Author Posted April 7, 2010 How many ships do you have on the go at the moment? Eighteen or twenty I think. Quote
Ratshot Posted April 7, 2010 Posted April 7, 2010 Eighteen or twenty I think. That's a really impressive amount Quote
Erdbeereis Posted April 7, 2010 Posted April 7, 2010 It's great to see it put back together again. I updated the title for you. Quote
BrickPerfection Posted April 7, 2010 Posted April 7, 2010 Eighteen or twenty I think. WHAT did you say? 18 or 20??? You're kidding... Even on prefab hulls that's just a massive amount. Where are you planning to display them? How can one have so much space and time to devote to Lego? Well if it's true, it's not so good for the Bluecoat fleet then... Perfectionist Quote
General Redwater Posted April 7, 2010 Posted April 7, 2010 Nice job rebuilding her back to her former glory. I really had thought you had just given up on trying. Eighteen or twenty I think. That many? I really hope they are redcoat. Quote
Commodore Hornbricker Posted April 7, 2010 Author Posted April 7, 2010 Nope it's for real. Not all are redcoats. Three are bluecoats. Two are pirates. Three are merchants. The rest are redcoat. I have devoted my garage to my Port of Brick Royal project. Time is the real obstacle for me but I have been at it a year plus now and I figured it would take a long time so I build when I can and plan when I can't. You can see some of it in the background of my Making of a Fleet topic. Quote
Captainkiwi Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 You did really well rebuilding it!!! How much did you purchase it for in the first place? Quote
RocketSeason Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 She looks beautiful! It is great to see her still sailing. (makes me want to get back to finishing up my little ship...) Quote
Ras 74 Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 I was really sad when you first posted those pictures of the ship totally ruined. But then it was a happy ending for La Mort Royal Glad to see that you got her back together again. Quote
