WesternOutlaw Posted December 10, 2009 Posted December 10, 2009 This next Old Mexico creation involves three arms traders who have set up a makeshift trading post near the ruins of a revolution-damaged building: Quote
Rick Posted December 10, 2009 Posted December 10, 2009 Geez, TheBrickster, you're on a roll again... this fits in perfectly with the theme you're creating. I really like how you've 'damaged' the building. The wooden floor on the top and the exposed beams below are really nice features. Choice of figs and torsos for your creations so far are also pretty good. Quote
Ras 74 Posted December 10, 2009 Posted December 10, 2009 I keep lining up after Rick to reply to your creations! I could just say I agree with him as well, it will save me some time typing. One question though. Why is there money lying on the ground? Quote
lightningtiger Posted December 10, 2009 Posted December 10, 2009 Another sweet western MOC, 'The Brickster'. Fantastic ! Si, it's very good ! Keep up the wonderful work. Quote
Klaus-Dieter Posted December 10, 2009 Posted December 10, 2009 This is an absolutely amazing MOC, TheBrickster! I really it! It looks absolutely realistic! Like you pueblo this one could very well be an official set, too! Great architecture and good use of nice accessory! Very, very well done! Klaus-Dieter Quote
Commodore Hornbricker Posted December 10, 2009 Posted December 10, 2009 Yee-Haa! He's at it again. The theme just keeps improving. Nice to see some bandits for the troops to chase around. Great job it looks fabulous. Quote
Athos Posted December 10, 2009 Posted December 10, 2009 I'm not sure I like the Asian torsos. They don't look right, especially the ninja one. Other than that, it is very good. I like the dark orange pillars. Steve Quote
Batbrick Posted December 11, 2009 Posted December 11, 2009 Beautiful tan pieces you have there TheBrickster, the use of the cheese slopes especially really sells the whole "ruins" aspect of it. Where are those slopes from? I actually quite like the minifigs, I'm not sure the white torso works but the other two look fine to me, but I'm not an aficionado for that sort of thing either. The additio of a cannon, rifle rack, food crate and loose money gives a nice semi-organised feel to it as well. Another great one! Batbrick Away! Quote
CommanderFox Posted December 15, 2009 Posted December 15, 2009 A very cool addition Brickster! This one would have to be one of my favorites. Very nice job with it! CommanderFox Quote
