Eskallon Posted December 23, 2009 Posted December 23, 2009 Well while checking my VIP point balence just now I realised it had an extra 220 points on it and my parents borrowed it one day while I was at school so I think they got me something nice. When my mum had some wine 2 days ago she started asking bout a big round set that I wanted and possibly getting it soon so I think I might be getting the Death Star set Well she also brought home two lego boxes to fill up at pick a brick that day and she said she won a contest but I cold not find out about this contest anywhere so I think Im gonna be a lucky boy this year. Anyway I hope you all enjoy yourself this christmas, Quote
Quarryman Posted December 23, 2009 Posted December 23, 2009 There's been some indication (mainly that I had to help my mother with ordering from S@H ) that I'm getting a 10194, which will be the first time since 1994 that I get LEGO for Christmas, back then I got the 8868. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if my sisters have gotten me some small sets and written on them that they're from my nephews and nieces Quote
Eskallon Posted December 23, 2009 Posted December 23, 2009 Oh and my brother has got me a castle set with orcs in and my mum and dad got me a pirate advent calender which I have only half opened. Quote
AFOL SF Posted December 23, 2009 Posted December 23, 2009 I'm not expecting anything under the tree (as previous years). I always wait the day after Christmas and hit the stores for some bargains/discounts. This way I can maximize my funds. IMO this is much better than opening gifts on the 25th. Quote
Nikola Bathory Posted December 25, 2009 Posted December 25, 2009 I'm not expecting anything under the tree (as previous years). Me too, but I received from my girlfriend a 7079 Drawbridge Defense! Quote
Scorpion Posted December 25, 2009 Posted December 25, 2009 Nothing under the tree, but January's gonna leave me bankrupt! 2 Raid VPRs, 2 Freecos, 1 Fire Helicopter and 1 Fire Truck and Boat! Quote
General Magma Posted December 25, 2009 Posted December 25, 2009 (edited) Nothing, but I got 100 euros from my grandma who visited us today. I still don't know what sets to get though. Much more than last year, especially as I got about 250 euros earlier this month for another holiday we have in my country. ~ General Magma Edited December 25, 2009 by General Magma Quote
Legoliner Pilot Posted December 26, 2009 Author Posted December 26, 2009 Loot! I also recieved two $25 USD iTunes Gift Cards, BOSE In-ear earbuds, B-25 Mitchell Model Airplane kit, and lots of other stuff from my wife and children. Quote
shackleton Posted December 26, 2009 Posted December 26, 2009 I was not expecting much other than my usual LEGO gift cards, but my parents surprised me with the new LEGO stop motion video camera by Digital Blue. I was not even aware there was one, so it was truly a surprise. I already have the radio, alarm clock and digital camera(w/ case), so it was a great follow up. Now I only have to figure out what to film first. Any Ideas????? Quote
