Anyway, got the game yesterday via Amazon pre-order :) And today I got an email from Amazon, that I get some money back due to low-price guarantee. Weeee.

Though, didn't have much time yesterday to play. I am taking it a bit slow. So after an hour or so I am still on Cato Neimoidia. Still, it is a great game up until now :)

What are you on about lockdown?.

This post should not be read by anyone, especially overly sensitive types, or anyone who hasn't played it yet (spoilers), and probably get me in trouble but what is new.

So I got my hands on the pc version, I unlike most people who say they are am a REAL star wars fan, I liked episode 3, the Vader cry didn't bother me, I don't mind Jar Jar, if I could I would buy all lego star wars sets, my first come back into lego was the rouge shadow, I pre ordered the game for PS3, I bought skin pack 1, skin pack 2, the Jedi Temple, Tatooine map, then I ordered in from the US the force unleashed ultimate sith edition, I still have the original release game and USE, I have finished the game done all bonus missions, got all tokens for it more than 100 times.

TFU2, OMG, I thought I would say I take it from a well endowed tranny before I say this, "THIS GAME SUCKS".

Maybe it is because I am using the original cable not a HDMI but I can't run this on my intel i5 750 quad core 2.66 with 4gig ddr3 ram 1gig dedicated ati raid HD5450 at only 800x600 and low detail.

Maybe its because I am using the 360 controller, but The controls feel awkward and not fluent like the PS3 demo version, I seem to be unable to do the square times 3 then circle, ( x times 3 b on the 360).

The whole dash avoid thing is annoying especially the long version on Kato.

The Gorgok (looks and sounds like wargrok from ratchet and clank ACIT) OMG, 3 times, 3 damn times we have to fight him, seriously?, that was retarded.

Maybe it is just me, but I found it difficult several times to figure out what the heck to do in things, like fighting the Gorgok.

Just doing the return to Kamino, what were they thinking, I thought I was playing a Bugs Bunny not Jedi game, seriously 20mins of hippty hoppy, that is retarded, takes miles too much from the game and kills the pace.

2mins on Dagobah just seems to have been a wasted opportunity.

The new combined crystal ability is rubbish, why should I have to have a pink saber to get its ability.

The lack on info on how many holocrons you have found I hate, not as much as the lack on bonus objectives.

I am finding this much easier than the first one, health seems to refill way to easily.

I do like the way they have gotten rid of the buying combos and those things.

I love the dual fighting style.

I do like the force abilities, especially mind trick and fury.

So far I am hugely disappointed, to be honest even though I can't play my PS3 version due to having jailbreak, I am thinking of taking my pre-order back to ebgames and just download a hack PS3 copy, I just don't find they have earned what little money I have, certainly not the $110AU I paid for it.

What on earth were they thinking, TFU to TFU2 is like stake from a 5 star restarant, to one of those overly greasy fake cheese heart attack inducing burgers that only seem to exist in America.

Ouch. Now I'm glad I didn't buy it 3 days ago, and instead waited for the opinions of others about this, but it's very disappointing to hear that it was so bad. Oh well.

They never seem to release the great action and things from the trailer, I suppose. I expected alot more from this game, but if I hear these things what other people think about it..

I hope I'll be able to play it for 5 cents one day.

Seriously though, I'll need to play this game myself to find out my own opinion -

but I'm not going to pay 45 euros, or 58 for consoles.

Well if you want to put it that basically it is a dongle, micro controller to be exact, you can simply pull it out, however in order to use the jailbreak you need to be on firmware 3.41 which I am, in order to play the EU version of TFU2 for some reason you need to be on firmware 3.42.

So I can't play the game, nothing wrong with my console, I just need to do a simple sfo edit.

Yeah well see if you feel the same way when you get to the cloning part, all that jumping is so stupid, this completely kills the pace of the game, which has always been fast.

You were saying that you couldn't run TFU2 on a jailbroken PS3, and I said that's why you shouldn't jailbreak it. I'm not a fan of jailbreaking in general. Sorry if I misunderstood something, PlayStation is definitely not my area of expertise.

Completed the Light Side campaign yesterday.

I have to say, it was a little dissapointing. The first game is ten times better! The boss fights were quite stressful and repetitive, the story too simple and the dialogue very poor. I don't particularly mind the latter, as I bought the game for the action and better graphics.

The other thing, despite them being very cool, were the limited locations! This game had, what, three planets? The first must have had about five or six, and about twelve levels. This one only had three really, but they were very long and split up into two or three seperate levels each (according to the 'level select' anyway).

I'll play through it again to kill the Stormies, but the game wasn't at all like I expected.

Well after a simple payload upgrade, and simple sfo patch I got TFU2 running on my ps3.

Not as crappy as the PC version, but still a let down.

BTW anyone else notice the old reference which they did in CW.

Got the game on Thursday, finished on Sunday. So, so, so, short and so, so, so easy! The story was pretty damn good though but because I did it on the light side ending (true version, I think) it left it at a big cliff hanger and that really could've been resolved in this game. The amount of game time was a let down for me. Only a few hours, then they left it on a cliff hanger! I got used to having dual lightsabres over the game but I would've liked to have the option to have one or two. I thought Boba Fett was going to have a major impact in the game but he only appears once that you see which I was disappointed about.

Still it was a good game, lots of lightsabre colours to collect the second time through!

Cant wait for the third one now! It should be good!

Yeah but the first force unleashed's story was finished it didnt leave any details out. Granted they didnt know if they were going to make a second but they couldve resolved most of the story and still left room to wiggle in a third.

Okay, I think it's about time I tell you my experience with this game.

First of all I'd like to state that, the reason I waited this long is because I didn't want to admit that the game wasn't nearly as awesome as I expected. And writing this all down, ís admitting that I didn't like it so much.

So, here goes...

I got the game a day early. Thursday the 28th I got a call from the game store where I reserved the game, while the game's official release date in Europe was the 29th.

Anyhoo, I played it right when I was home.

Of course I loved it immediately. The gameplay is awesome, with the dual lightsabers and the force powers.

But, like most of you, the length of the game really saddens me

There are, I believe, less levels than in the first game and they're all a lot shorter too.

And there are also only, like, three locations? What the heck is up with that

The storyline was pretty cool, except for the fact that I still don't know (for sure) whether this Starkiller was a clone or not. I guess it can be said that he ís, especially when you consider the dark side, non-canon ending but it was never specifically mentioned.

I mean, obviously Kota was wrong in saying that Jedi can't be cloned, but that still doesn't prove Starkiller was a clone, right?

And why the hell was Boba Fett in it? I liked his appearance, and especially the fact that he was voiced by Dee Bradley Baker (or something? ), which gave a nice sense of familiarity, and it made sense when you link it to the TCW-series. But he was there for such a short moment, we never even got to fight him.

What else I don't like is, like DarthSion mentioned, the fact that you can't see how many holocrons you've already found, and how much you still need. Nor do I like the fact that you have to have Gold at every challenge, in order to unlock the other costumes and lightsaber crystals...

Oh well, that's about it I guess...

So after leaving it go mostly, not playing it fully like most games, GET STUFFED, and yes I am being nice due to the kiddies on here.

That is is, jesus christ, I spend more time on the dunny the last week than how much time I spent on the game.

The story was weak, where was this so called personal journey they went on about, I didn't really feel it in the first game except against bosses, but wow this is really just a total spam move feast, so many just the same way to kill them, mostly grapple, so there is an army of retarded starkiller clones, he knows it and does nothing?, why is a Jedi bouncing back missiles?.

I can't believe at only 11gigs in size (yeah the EU version is that small), that they still can't have decent frame rate, man it dropped something shocking, and this was on a FHD TV with hdmi.

Never had problems like I do in doing combo moves in the first one like I did in this one.

Can I have my money back now.

Oh, and why the hell did they turn the greatest hero into a bigger cry baby than Anakin was.

BTW if you have a save game for the first game apparently you can get 3 of the costumes from that game in this one.

I hope we get some decent DLC.

Rumour, files in the PC version seem to either point to cut, or future DLC in which starkiller goes to Endor.

Something we should get for free if you ask me given how they screwed us with such a short story.

Then why would he let Tarkin send scouts to Dantooine in Ep.4 when he knew that the Rebels knew that he knew where their base was and would move somewhere else? I did sort of see the emotional journey though, in that Starkiller was trying to find his girlfriend and discover his past. Again.
