The clone base is one of the last bases of the Kaminoians. Anyway ebough chit-chat... Here it is I proudly present MY MOC ! Overview Overview 2 The Republic Side Republic €œDie-Hards€ The Bridge Sneaky€ Getting some guns The Chaingun Bunker (CgB) Speeder coming COMMENTS MORE THAN WELCOME Edited December 16, 2009 by KimT Quote
lightningtiger Posted December 16, 2009 Posted December 16, 2009 These clones said screw order '66' and fought on the rebels side - must be the ones Yoda commanded. Very good MOC - lots of action especially the freeze-frame of troops falling after being blasted. The chain blaster nest is quite cool as to an interesting imp. carrier craft with quite a few blasters on board - you can never have enough blasters - just ask any pirate ! Keep up the great work, 'RepublicFORCES'. Quote
The Crazy One Posted December 16, 2009 Posted December 16, 2009 Great stuff. I like your customs aswell. One question. Where do you get those base plates?? I want them so bad. Quote

the Inventor Posted December 16, 2009 Posted December 16, 2009 Great Diorama, I really like it. Nice customs too. These clones said screw order '66' and fought on the rebels side I believe the Kaminoians created these clones after order 66 was given, without the code to betray the masters. One question. Where do you get those base plates?? I want them so bad. Those are old baseplate's from different castle sets. the Inventor Quote
RepublicForces Posted December 16, 2009 Author Posted December 16, 2009 Oooh those Caslte I bought them on a Lego event in holland (Zeeland-hallen near Goes if I am right) Quote
Big Cam Posted December 16, 2009 Posted December 16, 2009 Most impressive, I really like the use of the castle baseblate in the MOC design, it really fit's in well. I'm always impressed when people are ble to pose so many figs in poses that look like an action shot frozen in time. Great work! i like that custom gaurd in red as well. Quote
simonjedi Posted December 16, 2009 Posted December 16, 2009 I believe the Kaminoians created these clones after order 66 was given, without the code to betray the masters. Its based on a level in Battlefront II. If you've not played it then : http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Battle_of_K...erial_Period%29 Quote
RileyC Posted December 16, 2009 Posted December 16, 2009 Great moc. I like your base, the old castle base plates work really well for it. One question. Why have you mixed clones with snowtroopers? Great work! Quote
KimT Posted December 16, 2009 Posted December 16, 2009 I am not a fan of dioramas in which the baseplates are showing. My suggestion would be to cover the entire MOC in a layer of bricks or 2xplates to add some "surface". Your towers are good, but they could use something more than just being attached to a baseplate. The MOC is a little sparse in the use of bricks and thus this looks more like a neat display of your figs and a few scattered designs. It's a great beginning and I hope you'll keep adding and changing this into a great MOC. Personally I am currently working on a secret project and I've spend hours of remodelling and changing the design - it really pays off Quote

KimT Posted December 17, 2009 Posted December 17, 2009 I am planning to go further with it making a extra part in the back of the republic base and more other stuff. Don't make it bigger. There's plenty to work on as it is. For example the 2 baseplates with the AT-AT are in dire need of MOCing. Quote
CommanderFox Posted December 17, 2009 Posted December 17, 2009 A nice diorama repubilcFORCES I love all your custom clones. I like the idea of those clones fighting on the alliance's side. I have to agree with KimT though, that you could add some ladscape-terrain. Nice job though. CommanderFox Quote
charlieboy Posted December 17, 2009 Posted December 17, 2009 I really like that, might have to check out that game. Is that a red painted snowtrooper?Do you have any bigger/clearer pics of him? Shane Quote

LEGOscum Posted December 17, 2009 Posted December 17, 2009 These clones said screw order '66' and fought on the rebels side - must be the ones Yoda commanded. Would those be the same clones that attempted to assasinate Yoda on Kashyyyk? without the code to betray the masters. The clonetroopers created by the Kaminoan cloners weren't programmed with "codes". The orders were taught to them as part of their education, and were part of a contingency plan should the chain of command break down - http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Contingency...s_1_Through_150 . Also, the Jedi Order were not the masters of the clones. The clonetroopers were part of the Grand Army of the Republic, not the Grand Army of the Jedi. The Jedi were demilitarised, but were given command of the clone army due to their experience in battle and leadership skills. Does no-one pay any attention to the movies anymore? All of this was quite clearly covered in Ep2 and 3. Quote
RepublicForces Posted December 18, 2009 Author Posted December 18, 2009 I am started updating the MoC might have the pics today. Quote
