I'm snowed in with a blizzard at my Mother in laws house so I don't get to see my parents or sister this Christmas, but so far all I really got was a very nice manfrotto tripod for my camera, I did not see that coming. Plus my wife said more is in the mail, and then I'm expecting cash from my parents since I told them that's all I wanted.

I got the Home One mon calamari star cruiser and the temple of doom for lego, I also got star wars episode three on DVD, which is weird because I am a big star wars fanatic, I also got a Boba Fett USB drive which is really cool, and some really nice pyjamas, as well as some chocolate, and star wars insider.

Both Indy Sets come from Amazon, I hope they'll arrive here before the new year.

Finally done exchanging presents this year, and I have to say, this is the most loot I've gotten, ever. I was amazed at how much I got this year! (These are from the whole family).

I haven't tested it out yet, but hopefully it's good for Lego pics. And the Lego Minifigs/ Lego History two book set. Very interesting stuff, I never knew Lego was made out of wood in the 30's.

1) I listend to it on youtube a while back, I love it all(I have every album and singles now), Into the nothing is the best song off the album.

Well for Xmas, i got house fire and one medical call..

also got a couple of interesting books on the history of firefighting, a couple of old helmets from days gone by, lego creator fire truck (took a couple hours to build, so nice and fun), lots of chocolate as per usualand some more moto-x gear

Lego - I was delightfully surprised to get 4758 Hogwarts Express and 4751 Harry and the Marauder's Map - another two Harry Potter sets to add to my collection!

Also received two tow trucks - but very different from one another! 7638 Tow Truck (city) and the huge 8285 Tow Truck (Technic). The latter is my first real Technic set, and I'm really enjoying the build so far. It was secondhand so as per my earlier thread asking for advice on fixing it, I may have to get a replacement pneumatic pump (plus one or two minor parts, plus silver dishes and one grey wheel).

Lots of books too, including hardback editions of the first two Inkheart books.

Now I just need to finish my PhD thesis so I can finally open Battle for Endor - a "thesis completion" present from myself back in October - when I expected to finish the thesis much sooner. I resolve not to open it till I finish it though.
