Luigi Posted September 29, 2004 Posted September 29, 2004 There is an "at the big screen" and nothing on music .. i remember having talked about .. maybe in this part so i'm gonna post here ^^ Today (france, belgium, and some countries near) and yesterday for our neighbours german, the new album of rammstein came out ! :oD (for people who don't really know it's a german Metal group but there is a lot of voices, harmonics in and the singer's voice is :oo ) I'm jealous that Apophis can understand all songs the first time *devil* if you don't like them for the lasts albums, they have a little bit changed the style, less "bourrin" like we say in french, huum say less *shout and strike the drums* but there is yet some good metal songs ... Run and buy it, the title is "reise reise"
ApophisV Posted September 29, 2004 Posted September 29, 2004 i got the first three albums of rammstein on my hard disc (shhhhtttt!!! dont tell anybody!!! ;)) i think i'll download the newest the next days... and yes, it IS cool to understand the text at the first time, though sometimes its a bit scary, too... ;)
jonfett Posted September 30, 2004 Posted September 30, 2004 I have heard of Ramstein. I am not really into the music, but I think I saw them on a film once. It was triple XXX or something, at the beginning there us a concert. Well, maybe some others will know what I'm talkign about. Jon.
Luigi Posted September 30, 2004 Author Posted September 30, 2004 Yes they are on stage at the beginnig of "XXX" I haven't seen the film but heard about it ... I saw a film of one of their concert, and they like playing with a lot of fire ...
Jipay Posted September 30, 2004 Posted September 30, 2004 I remember I saw an extract of a ramstein concert. At the end, the singer was m*st*rb*t*ng on the guitarist. Other than this the lyrics are sometimes poor "you, you have, you have me, you have told me, and I said nothing" But I agree the music is really good. I started listen to this when i was young, years ago *satis*
Luigi Posted September 30, 2004 Author Posted September 30, 2004 Huuuum time have changed since "du hast", which is a great song but yes a bit poor ... http://www.planetrammstein.com/fr/parole/t...-amerika-18.php (in french .... if you want it in german you can ^^)
J1A3L5 Posted September 30, 2004 Posted September 30, 2004 I have only heard the "Mutter" Rammstein CD, but I really enjoy it. (No clue what the lyrics mean, I only know English, some French and a tiny amount of Spanish - No German!) I enjoy most forums of metal. Right now I'm listening to Slayer. Pantera is a cool band, too, very similar. I usually listen to more modern bands like Slipknot, KoRn, Disturbed, Nothingface, and the like, though.
Jipay Posted October 3, 2004 Posted October 3, 2004 It's good to see people who like good things. I used to listen to nirvana a lot, I still have plenty of cd, but I was missing new songs. Now I'm really into system of a down, and also some punk bands and french music (kinito :oD )
Luigi Posted October 3, 2004 Author Posted October 3, 2004 Hum I think there is a thing which is wrong in your sentence, you used together "kinito" and "music" :D (just my point of view, sorry they made me crazy with their song called "la maison de disque", for a lot of things, by exemple - "Oui mais, aujourd'hui pour bien faire Il faut ressembler
Jipay Posted October 3, 2004 Posted October 3, 2004 Well you should know that this song is all about second degree. And this is music, sorry. They use drums, guitars and bass, which is fresh to here when you know how computer is now often used in the music industry. I guess you should listen to the whole album. :/
