CF Mitch Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Monday I bought the 7672 Rogue Shadow I was hesitant for quite a while because of the price, but I really wanted the figs, and after having played the TFU game again, I decided the vessel is actually too cool to let go Greetings, CF W Quote
Capt. Bluebeard Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 (edited) Finally, I recieved my Okami Official Soundtrack, complete with all 5 CDs in the post today! My opinion? 4 words: BEST. VIDEOGAME. SOUNDTRACK. EVAR!!! Seriously, it's that good. There are virtually no bad tracks at all in this collection. Even the really short ones like the Battle Assessment and the Miracle theme are strokes of musical genius! Unfortunately, the soundtrack is rather hard to get hold of these days, especially since it was only released in Japan. I got mine off a guy on eBay who has a lot of imported Japan-only videogame soundtracks, so I was lucky. Bluebeard, out- Edited March 5, 2009 by Capt. Bluebeard Quote
KimT Posted March 6, 2009 Posted March 6, 2009 I bought the Republic Attack Shuttle yesterday and today I'll be getting the AAT. Or I might just settle for some of those new pirate sets. Bluebeard, out- You do realise the title says "Just LEGO"? Quote
Hun Posted March 6, 2009 Posted March 6, 2009 I bought 12 copies of the Pirates Survival set yesterday - mainly for the heads and headgear. Quote
Capt. Bluebeard Posted March 6, 2009 Posted March 6, 2009 (edited) You do realise the title says "Just LEGO"? T_T... I'm sorry. I was under the impression that this forum was for non-LEGO discussion, especially seeing as the forum is for "all the chit-chat and fun that belongs nowhere else" .... EDIT: There also seems to be several non-LEGO topics in this forum, such as "Show us your car!" and "Any guitarists out there?", so the fact that this topic is for LEGO purchases only is pretty stupid, to be honest. Bluebeard, out- Yes, but this particular thread is for purely LEGO purchases as indicated in the topic description. Otherwise everyone would say: "today I bought a dozen eggs, milk and cheese." If you want to create a "What C.D. did you buy today" thread, then by all means do so. Quote
Capt. Bluebeard Posted March 6, 2009 Posted March 6, 2009 Otherwise everyone would say: "today I bought a dozen eggs, milk and cheese." Then why don't you just say "no groceries or any other every-day items" in the topic description? If you want to create a "What C.D. did you buy today" thread, then by all means do so. No offence, but that is a silly suggestion as it would create lots of unnecessary posts and would no doubt spawn many other clone topics. Bluebeard, out- Quote

I think auto parts can be posted here, but members posting their clothing purchases and make-up cross the line. Anyways, back on topic. Yesterday I bought 2 new storage containers for storing some pieces that I had too many of to fit in my storage drawers. I need to order a new drawer sometime. I'm running out of space since I've been parting out more sets. Quote
