Today I finally bought a new set, 7682 Shanghai Chase, for an excellent price too. I also picked up two boxes of 2nd hand Lego which I am sorting through right now. There is a lot of early bionicle/slizers, and some knights kingdom large figures, however there is also a fair bit of system which is neat, mostly bricks etc. There is also quite a lot of junk too, but I'm sifting it all out. The highlights so far are a C3PO (earliest version), Count Dooku (early version) and a couple of pirates minifigs including a conquistador. I also found a transparent treasure-chest lid, which I haven't seen before. I wonder if I can get a transparent bottom part to complete it? I've also found a black dragon and a Rock Raiders rock monster, which are both very cool.

So all in all, I am quite pleased with my haul today. :sweet:

I got The Twilight today on sale for a mere $49.99  Opposed to all the bad reviews I actually like it, it's really a massive ship, I had to add a bit of an interior but I like and suggest people to pick it up while it's still at this low price :classic:

A set of 9V switches 4531, which is NEW. I got it for 30 euro something. Quite a good price for this set, I believe. Just recently I watched the same set on eBay and it was sold for more than 40 euro.

Yesterday I bought,

Ahsoka's star fighter with vulture droid and a assassin droid battle pack.

I like ahsokas little r2 unit.

Yeah, her droid is great. I also like putting the dark red droid head from the V-Wing on her droid's body.

On topic: I bought a bunch of different flesh tone heads today on Bricklink. My Lego town is small, so I decided to convert it to fleshies a while ago. Now I'm trying to get all the different heads I can, but some of them are really expensive.

The transparent treasure chest came with the first Hogwart's Castle, 4709.

On topic, I bought the 2 smallest Power Miners sets on sale, mainly for the great figs.

I grabbed some of the small power miners sets for the same reason, and I liked them better than I thought I would. I just wish they didn't have any of the softer Bionicle pieces.

I bought all the sets in an Interspar shop. My uncle gave me a 20 euro coupon that I could redeem in that shop.

I'm totally excited! My father came in a couple of hours ago, he was late from work (I thought). After a time he got to his backpack and got a big grey baseplate out of it. I immediatly recognised it as the baseplate from the LEGO 7419 Dragon Fortress! He then showed me seperate bags with all the pieces, they are in great, like new, condition. He went this afternoon, he stopped working earlier, and went to the almost opposite part from Belgium to get me this set. He only paid 35 euro for this amazing set. I think it's one of LEGO's best sets, I'm so glad I have it. I've been wanting it so, so long.

But. But, I have to wait to make it. Tss. I first have to make almost all my older LEGO sets so I can store them out. ;D

Oh, congrats, Matn! As a happy owner of Dragon Fortress myself, I have to say that you have one of the greatest sets in LEGO history in your hands. Have fun!

I was at TRU and they had a clearance table. On it was 8183 Track Turbo RC. I always thought this was a bit over-priced at CDN$50 but there was a sticker on it for CDN$16...but on the box was written "Missing Pieces". I took it to Customer Service to see if I could see what was missing...I just wanted to make sure that the Transmitter and the Receiver/Steering base were in there...missing elements I can deal with.

To my surprise nothing was missing! And the bags looked intact and no loose pieces. I purchased this and promptly built it upon getting home and sure enough nothing was missing!

They also had some similarly price reduced AT-PTs and Twilights but these definitely felt lighter and "rattled" more...suspecting the bags were in fact open and pieces were loose.

- new AT-AT (I have 4483, but I am curious about the walking feature, also I need to change everything to new grey...)

- Rebel Scout Speeder and Imperial Dropship (for minifigs)

- Peril in Peru (didn't like the movie, but the plane is great!)

- some SW magnet sets for minifigs

AND

- my first Pick a Brick order, what was quite fun to puzzle together, and I am looking forward for this A LOT. I guess I missed a few pieces I needed and I was sad not to get any bananas (sold out!), but anyway.

Clone BP  .

I think the new droid BPs will be reduced later, because they are not selling very well at all. If they are reduced to £3 I may get two.

I bought few days ago two sets. They are: Farm Tractor 7634, and new 8402 City car. The tractor is mine, but car belongs to my friend. So, don't ask for pictures of this red sporty thing ;)
