Which one is it, BJ? Part of the old (1992-95) or the newer (96-98) ones? I myself don't remember the sets very well apart from a great Armada ship in an '94 catalogue that I really wanted - never managed to get it, tho.

Today I got:

-Turkey (hilarious, great little set)

-Chickens and chicks (very cute set, I may get another)

-Vezon and Fenrakk. Awesome set, the best Bionicle set of 2006. I'm glad I finally got it. *sweet*

My 846 Lighting Bricks arrived on 8/18/06. I might do a review of it in the Town section because I believe it to be a quality set. It's also the last set I'll get in a while since I need to curb my buying habits.

I've remorgaged the house and bought a Mindstorms NXT 8527 :-P

The orignal mindstorms was produced during my 'dark ages' so I dont have any compattability problems.

A word of warning to anybody else that buys it, the motors and sensors come in their own cardboard box but when I opened it one was missing Help I thought back to the shop but for some strange reason the missing sensor had been wraped in bubble wrap and put in with the packs of bricks I guess there must be some packaging issues.

well back off to play now |-/

I received four huge boxes of 4423. I'm not joking, those boxes are enormous! Much larger than anticipated. A few of the orange bricks (mainly the 2xs') suffer from a teensy bit of transparency or just sort of look off to me, but eh, I'm satisfied. A definite must buy for the brick oriented people.

Also, one pack each of 10115, 3499, and 3738

Managed to nab all of the above during TLC's free shipping week, too. *wub*

While at Brickfest, I went to a Lego store for the first time, and bought a PAB cup, a Boba Fett keyring, the Batman boat set, and a bag of misc pieces. :-)

And at the brick bazaar in hotel, I bought the Little Armory armor set (which included his new great helm).

Got given Kongu by my brother as an exam congratulations (I got an A in French GCSE, taken two years early). Unfortunatly, he came with Matoro's sword for some reason. But a quick complaint to Lego, and I should have the right part in ten working days :-) .
