I received the 7665 Republic Cruiser yesterday and finally had a chance to put it together. What an amazing set. There's 2 reviews of it in the Star Wars forum, but even those don't do it justice after you've seen it in person. It's so much bigger than it looks in the reviews. Incredible set.

Pirates advent Calender! :thumbup::classic:

And it was 25% off.:classic:

That is an excellent bargain! I think it is good value at the standard UK price (which I presume is very near to the Netherlands), to save 25% on that is outstanding!

Today I fell to the temptation of buying a set that I consider an ugly and un-realistic design, a terrible parts to price ratio...

The King's Battle Chariot, what made me part with my money was of course the Giant Wagon Wheels, and the King Minifig. Plus I don't mind getting two more Orcs. I'm not even sure I'm going to waste my time building it, I might just sort the pieces instead! (i doubt it will take me that long considering there are only 83 of them!).

Didn`t buy anything today, but on my holiday I got a bunch of stuff:

-Complete collection of Daily Mirror Star Wars promotionals

-Lego Star Wars Visual Dictionary

-The (new) Lego Book + `Standing Small` (a book about minifigs, which comes with the Lego book)

-also some other books (one Star Wars and one about the end of the world, which might inspire some MOCs)

....Waterstones got a lot of money from me!

Two Mirror papers, and therefore four Doctor's Car promo sets. One opened, three MISB for further sale/trade later in time.

My parents bought 'em for me.

Some not-expensive Bluecoat soldiers for only 2 euros per minifig, two pirate minifigs for 2 euro and some more handy bricks like tan plates and starfish.

There were huge ammounts of rare pieces and bricks at Legoworld this year. No doubt I'll go next year again, this time with a big ammount of cash.

I had the chance to buy a KimT as well. But of course I ran out of money so the evil santa will get his turn next year, along some other sigfigs... :sweet:

Today I bought the Agents 2.0 set 8967, Goldtooth's escape or something?

I got a coupon for 20% discount in the Top 1 Toys shop, and I thought this one had a few nice parts, I ended up paying €8 for it :sweet:

Received the first of my Bricklink orders for upgrading Mindstorms 1.0 to 2.0.

Will take some time before it's complete I think, not all the parts are available (yet?)

On impulse I bought the Castle Set 7078 Kings Battle Charriot.

Alot of people dont like this set, but I bought it mainly for the minifigs and awesome gold crown.

Just came home with the 7638 Tow Truck and the 7945 Fire Station.

I know. New fire station next year blah blah blah... I guess I had too much RedBull and the redness just made me go towards the box.
