The Adventures of Clutch Powers. It took some aisle by aisle searching to find it at Best Buy. The staff had trouble locating it. It was like looking for a single 1x1 plate in a Lego tub of bricks. :classic:

Picked up a City Fire Station 7208 with 40% off coupon from my local Borders. Not sure if I'm going to keep it since I have the previous set already. Was hoping that they'd have a bigger selection to choose from, but oh wells.

I've just got back from a great shopping :classic:

ToysRUs opened a store in my town this week and today they had 50% off on all LEGO. We were 6 AFOLs from SweBrick.se that was there, somebody were there VERY early to be the first to get into the store (*cough*CopMike*cough* ).

Once inside we went crazy

Well, I have to admit that my purchase looked very small compared to some others (*cough again*CopMike*cough* )but I'm happy anyway (gotta save money for the PoP sets and the EB Event trip).

I ended up with 2x 7594 Woody's Roundup, 6754 Family Home, 5891 Apple Tree House and a XL grey baseplate. Now I have a wonderfulday of building before me :sweet:

Yesterday I went to Target to buy my first LEGO Toy Story sets: Army Men on Patrol and Woody and Buzz to the Rescue! :sweet:

The army men set was on sale for $9 (USD), normally $11, and the RC set was on sale for $18, normally $20.

However, there is a printable coupon online for $5 off the RC car set. Plus, I had a little over $4 left in a Christmas gift card, so I only paid about $9 for a $20 set!

"Look alive men, and hold your fire until the minesweepers scan the area!"

I'll be reviewing Woody and Buzz to the Rescue soon and will post comparison pics of the actual army men and the LEGO ones. :classic:

They have arrived! :cry_happy:

*snip*

Expect my first Avatar MOC soon! :sweet: And maybe a review of the Dark Panther.

Wow! Can't wait to see what you cook up with those minifigs!

Wow, 50% off everything is an amazing deal! It's good that some smaller countries are getting great sales. :classic: Edited by ILikePi

Last night I picked up some sets that have been on my shopping list for a while...

Went by the LEGO store and picked up 8037 Anakin's Y-Wing Starfighter -- used my VIP points to take $5.00 off -- and finally filled my Free PAB box that I received during the Christmas holiday promotion.

Then stopped at TRU to take advantage of the BOGO 1/2 off sale -- got 7079 Drawbridge Defense, 7747 Wind Turbine Transport, 8061 Gateway of the Squid, and 8075 Neptune Carrier

Yesterday I stopped by the Lego store to pick up a Max minifig I won from the In-Store VIP contest. While there I also got a SW CW AAT which was 50% off (couldn't resist).

Today I might pick up a couple of Indy Cairo sets if they are still available from my local Kmart as they are having a B1G1 free special this week.
