Today on eBay, I bought 2 8803 Series 3 Minifigures, the Elf and the Rapper, for a total cost of £2.75 including p&p.

Got a box of S@H bricks yesterday, and AGAIN one item has the wrong colour. Went on to Bricklink to place another order - my Wanted List is shrinking. Only a few items left - but unfortunately the essential ones. I can't start building without those. Argh!!! Life's unfair.

I'm super excited, I went to Target looking for series 4 and nothing, so on my way to get lunch I called Toys R Us to see if they any, yes I'm that desperate. They told me they just sold out this weekend which irritated me, because I had planned to go looking this weekend, but got lazy.

Anyway, I usually buy upwards of 50 or so, so I thought I'd stop wasting so much gas and look for sealed boxes online, sure enough for $200 I got a sealed box, I'm just excited I don't have to waste time and gas trying to find them anymore, and after shipping that comes to $3.50 a piece which I am happy with, factoring in ask the has I've water driving around looking for them.

Bought five 7949 Prison Carriage Rescues at Walmart today on sale for $5 each. Excluding the other pieces, that's 20 knights and horses for $1.25 each. Nice addition to the castle armies. Didn't look like there was a sale going on or anything, just these five boxes sitting on the shelf with no shelf price tag under them, so I scanned them and they came up $5. Everything else appeared to be regular price.

Now I just need the Star Wars Snowtrooper battle packs to go on sale...

Sorry for the slightly OT post, but I'd like to point out that these guys do a LEGO quality wagasa: Minifigcat wagasa (don't forget the pole that's sold separately.)

I've already got some wagasa in anticipation of the S4 geisha. :sweet:

Hope that helps,

Amps

I bought some stuff like a week ago from Minifigcats and got the package yesterday. They realy don't just use boring boxes. Most colourful and amusing to get his package (ofcourse it was wraped in that typical brown post office paper, but behind that layer it was way more interesting!)

I don't have the S4 Gheisa yet, but here are some pics of the unpacked package/box and things I've ordered to use in a Japanese theme in the near future:

The Police minifig set. I couldn't resist after seeing the documentary on the lego factory that featured elements in this set like the crow bar, new dog and the upgrades to the new criminal minifigs.

Got a couple more S3 minifigs at TRU the other day, one Fisherman (he's awesome!) and one Racecar Driver (eh, nice hair). Took me ten minutes to find the CMFs on display. They also had S4 at one point, but the box was empty and I had to be moving on. Oh, and if anybody is still looking out for Space Police, this store had several Lunar Limos and Undercover Cruisers on the shelves. I was surprised to see them, as I thought SP was gone forever by now.

I picked a set from the 2011 Pharoah's Quest line. The Flying Mummies Attack (7307) set looked awesome with the plane on the front. I couldn't help but grab a box.

Of course, grab a couple bags of the Series 3 Minifigs.

I picked up 30071 (Toy Story 3 Army Man polybag) at the Target checkout line. It looked like it had been through the ringer a little bit. But it's such a unique set, I wanted to get it. I like how everything is in green. Can't get enough green plates, and the helmet and radio are nice.

A nice 48x32x6 baseplate off of Bricklink for $18.02

Do trades count?

I traded a Magnaguard, a geonosian, and Rotta the Huttlett for

One Fantasy Era dragon, 5 Fantasy Era skeletons, and one S4 werewolf.

Also traded 2 clones and General Grievous' cape for

2 S3 minifigs: The pilot, and the robot/cyborg.

I purchased the musketeer, mad scientist, and the hockey player to complete my collection. I also won 20 lbs of Lego from Shopgoodwill.com. Hopefully there will be something good in there although some times there are meg@blucks mixed in there. Usually you can get bulk lego there for about 5$/lbs, although they are starting to strip out the figures and selling them separately.

Waiting for Pirates to come out now.
