I emerged with an office trash can stuffed FULL of Legos

Hope you found a gold mine!

Today I won 7596 TS Trash Compactor Escape and a steal on a PF lot of 7936 Rail Road Crossing, 7987 Train Station, 7938 Passenger Train, and a good bit of extra track for $150 +$10 on shipping. Best deal I've had this year :classic:

Patience has rewarded me again, I snatched my first mint cypress tree for a good price

Nice, what did it set you back in the end? Those things are hard to get at a reasonable price in good condition.

Nice! How much?

Yes they are, I was actually supposed to have one about 2 years ago but the seller disappeared and never included it in my order . Ever since then I have been on the look out. I paid $10 (USD) for it. It didn't have a description so I emailed the seller and got a response that it had never been used and it was clean and straight. My LEGO prefab tree collection is complete. :classic:

I hope TLG makes a new mold though.

The artist and the mad scientists are 2 of the three series 4 I wanted and I got them through luck. It was a great day.

All I need is a Hazmat guy and all my series 4 needs will be covered.

Brickworld has this "must buy lots of LEGO" effect on me it seems (probably related to the much better prices here in the US compared to at home in Norway)

So I've bought..

4181 Isla de Muerta

4191 Captain's Cabin

4192 Fountain of Youth

4194 Whitecap Bay (in grab-bags for 16 USD )

4840 The Burrow

7066 Earth Defense HQ (in grab-bags for 16 USD )

7189 Mill Village Raid

7306 Golden Staff Guardians

7307 Flying Mummy Attack

7570 Ostrich Race x 2, on clearance at Target

7984 Deep Sea Raider

10211 Grand Emporium

10218 Pet Shop

10129 Maersk Train

Various stuff from Pick-a-Brick, in part to get a proper cup for drinking beer.

various Brickarms and Brickforge stuff, and a t-shirt from brickshirts.com. And I think that's all.

I don't either, but deboxing does wonders, so there's hope. Anyway, that's a problem for another day, right now there's more drinking to be done.

Found an entire box of series 2 figures for € 1,49 each yesterday! I was short on cash, so I just bought four of them. I might be back for more! Got the cop, a witch, the surfer and the karateka.

A few days ago I managed to buy my first Modular Building, a sealed

I went back for more figs indeed, no pharao though :( And I got the 7097 Troll Fortress - not a spectacular build, but it was 50% off and is, apart from the ugly rock pieces, great for parts and minifigs.

I am surprised that your local stores still carry series 2 and the Troll Mountain Fortress. While it is not a great (or even good set), 50% off is an awesome deal! The last time this set was in the states was November 2010 (during Black Friday). All in all a very nice haul.

I recently got the Petshop and a few SW sets for 30%.

It's been around for thatprice for half a year now, I guess the shop chain had ordered way too many of them back then :D

The series 2 box is awesome, even more since the figs are on sale now. Wohoo! :)

On Friday I bought a Series 2 Surfer (missing surfboard and stand), a pink stud and a knit cap for £2.50 from my cousin. I'm quite happy with it, as I really wanted the surfer but missed out on him.
