I bought some good sets this month,

the Imperial Shuttle UCS 10212 (the only UCS that interest me in fact)

the city Public Transport Station 8404 (I'm actually building a Lego city I called Providence)

6 meters of tracks for the trains

the Alien Conquest Tripod Invader 7051, Earth Defense HQ 7066 and a battle pack

the Technic Motorized Excavator 8043 (best technic model in my opinion)

and the King's Castle 7946 ( I planned to buy it for a while and found it on sale)

As I had some spare euros I took the 4867 Hogwarts to complete the 4842 Hogwarts Castle, and use it as a college for my city

Also took 37 minifigures (series 1, 3 and 5)

Bought a Hero Factory Breez 2.0 (2142) to see what they were like, Tesco in teh UK were selling for a knocked down price of £6, then I was able to use the £2 off voucher which came in the LEGO Club magazine so I managed to get it for £4 :)

They're okay, if you were to buy one for the RRP just short of £8; I really don't think they are worth it. Just my opinion anyways. :sceptic:

Four more grab bags from the Lego store (somehow I feel like the main character in Breaking Bad). I got all the non-Hero Factory bags, and although the parts weren't as amazing as over the weekend, there were some very useful unique parts (3x3 slope in Sand Green, and a bush in Dark Tan, for example).

Got a grab bag from my Lego store yesterday, parts were okay, but not entirely stunning. Plus three BAM minifigs and two S5 CMFs. One was a double, the other was the eskimo fisherman. Now there are only six of the series missing!

Just bought 7965 Millenium Falcon and another 8092 Lukes Land Speeder at the Lego store. Got a bunch of bonus VIP points and a free Creator lizard or frog thing.

My Liverpool haul was as follows:

Five torsos (three S1 Cheerleader, two plain yellow) and an S5 Graduate on Saturday evening.

Two brick calendars (853195), two Ramses Return games, one BAM pack, another S5 Graduate and two large PAB cups earlier today. Almost bought Fallingwater.

Ended up getting two of the minifigure pack giveaways, one of which is going in the "vault".

I won this yesterday evening :)

SOOO Envious! What a deal too oh2.gif

I didn't want to start a new topic just for this but, today I received my 3677 Red Cargo Train and I was a bit perplexed. It was bought straight from Lego S@H and paid for by "so-and-so" and shipped directly to me. The invoice from Lego says $159.99, it's retail, yet I bought it now from "so-and-so" for $124.99, shipping on eBay. The same thing happened a couple months ago when I purchased the Grand Emporium for $129.99, no ship. Any ideas on why someone would take this king of dive or is there something else I'm missing? default_classic.gif

Got into a discussion at work about my collection, and after some haggling on the price and if he would get rid of them, I came home with these. Both had boxes and manuals. 99% complete too! That's what you call a great Lego find!
