Hi guys!

This week, after waiting for more than 2 months for the Brazilian mail service to deliver it to me, I finally became the proud and more than happy owner of two sets I was looking for for the longest of times:

6041 Armor Shop

and

10000 Guarded Inn

I'm so happy I finally got these two sets! I'm nowhere near having a complete Castle/Crusader collection (not near by very, very, very far), but I wanted the Guarded Inn and the Armor Shop so much!

Both sets are complete, with the printed flags, black sword and everything else!

And you guys would never believe the price I payed for each of the two sets: less than US 50,00 each! Quite the bargain, huh? (I swear it's true!) I got them both on e-bay.

PS.: if I had a good camera, I would consider doing a review of the Armor Shop -- but as of now, all I got is my cell phone cam...

Congrats on the purchase, we do have a global thread for these types of announcements, I know yours are specific to the history theme, but it's probably be more at home here.

Big Cam is right; moving shortly...

Local Zellers here had buy one, get second at 50% equal or lesser value. I bought 3661 Bank and Money Transfer and 4644 Marina. Both of these sets werent on my to buy list at the moment, but my wife talked me into picking them up. (She probably didnt want to deal with me regretting not picking them up.....)

Wow, it's been a while since I posted here!

I guess I've been good at saving money lately

Today I purchased the 7959 Geonosian Starfighter. Mainly for Ki-Adi Mundi and the geonosian, but still :classic:

Also, last weekend at Eurobricks there was a Little Arms Shop stand, at which I purchased two sets of SW weapons as well as 5 extra of these. Which now gives me a total of 13 of that weapon

Now I'm saving up for all the 2012 SW LEGO

Regards,

Mitch

Thanks! I can't wait til it arrives. Look forward to teaching chess to my 6 year old son on it.

I agree. It's hard to kick the lego habit. There's always something amazing that you want to get your hands on.

Well today I ended up winning a couple of sets without even really thinking about it. I placed a couple of bids on some sets because they were good prices, assuming I'd get outbid at auction.. But I never did, So today I ended up winning A PoP Battle of Alamut and Quest against time for $105 down from $285. Not bad!

Went ahead and placed my order for the MMV on Amazon. Today is also the day I happened to find a Squidman's Escape set at TJ Maxx, so you know I had to have that. A great Lego day for me!
