Shine Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 http://cache.lego.com/images/shop/prod/7776-0000-xx-12-1.jpg Everyone seems to buy buying that, what's the deal? I got a second Carapar and Shadow Crawler. Quote
Starwars4J Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 Everyone seems to buy buying that, what's the deal?I got a second Carapar and Shadow Crawler. I think it's because of the nice parts and figs. An old-fashioned skelly (I hope these babies don't go extinct :'-( ), nice crown, golden plate, animals, interesting brown parts, etc. It looks like a nice set, though I'd rather just BL the plate and skelly though, personally ;-) Quote
oo7 Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 It wasn't my first choice either, but my brother wanted it. Quote

Mr Hobbles Posted March 27, 2007 Posted March 27, 2007 This morning I received my S@H order: 7905 Building Crane 7890 Ambulance 10182 Cafe Corner I also ordered 7242 Street Sweeper, but it's backordered until April 4th. :-( A friend of mine also persuaded me to buy 7237 Police Station from Toys R Us when we were looking for a present for her sister... The ambulance is really cool, and Cafe Corner is only like the best set EVAR. *y* The Building Crane is really impressive too, and much more robust than I was expecting. I love the Portacabin and Portaloo. Awesome. :-D The police station is ok...the van and motorbike are cool. It's generally a great horde of pieces for your own projects in my opinion. Quote
simonwillems Posted March 30, 2007 Posted March 30, 2007 Public transportation is taking a whole new turn in my town from now on, because I bought my first train! It was a real bargain: The Metroliner 4558 with tracks, the railwaycrossing 4539, the maintenance truck 4546 and a speedregulator 4548. All together for just 75 euros! Go Marktplaats! *sweet* Quote

Wout Posted April 1, 2007 Posted April 1, 2007 Yesterday I was with my mother and sister to the Groninger museum in Groningen. There we bought tickets to see the works of the great finnish painter Akseli Gallen-Kallela (1865-1931). Then we went into the shopping streets and enjoyed the city, the nice weather and some nice food in a restaurant :-) More information: www.groningermuseum.nl Quote
