Let's see ... a Renegade Runner, looks to have been assembled once and displayed, so it's nice and fresh and dusty (and cheap).

Got an email from a previous LEGO deal and was offered a small late 60s/70s assortment for $15, shipped, so I took that. Can't tell how complete the sets are, but they're boxed and include 684-1 from 1972, a 426-1 from 1971, and a 648-1 from 1971. Then there are a few hundred mixed bricks, plates, windows and wheels from the same era. I don't know what it is about LEGO from that time, but it feels so much more solid than the current stuff. I'm not old enough to have had any of these sets before, so it's kind of cool seeing windows and such that I've never had before. Oh, and a pile of the early flat trees that I've never seen in person before.

A small array of 1/2 price sets off S@H and some Star Wars magnets and keychains.

That's it. I'm broke again.

Got Cyclone Defender yesterday. I love Ryo (especially his face-great expression, calm and wise..perfect for a new minifig of mine) and his purple hair. The mech is pretty cool too.

UPDATE 8/05: Got another Kongu Inika and another Roodaka. Couldn't resist buying her- that store sold a few copies for 14.90 Euro!

USPS tracking said they tried to deliver my copy of 10001 Metroliner today...there was no card through the door, and at the time it says they tried I was still in. Me angry. >:-(

What with no "failed to deliver" card I don't know who tried to deliver it, and consequently I don't know who to call regarding arranging redelivery.

I just have to hope they'll try to redeliver tomorrow. I'm willing to bet it was Royal Mail. They suck.

I bought two BL orders of old gray windows and 1 x 1 tiles, tan windows with old brown lattice panes and an order of white windows and new gray tiles [to continue the cafe corner sidewalk to other buildings] through PAB.

I was in need of something to build and review tonight X-D Since I had lunch next to my Lego store, I went there to see if my Eiffel Tower was out but nope, I need to wait another week arghhhh !! So I just bought the great looking city port & crate vehicle thingy !!

On a side note, they received 3/4 of the Mars Mission sets and the 3 smallest Castle sets (they do look so good !!). Citywise they had the trash can truck and the gas station !!

Tomorrow they will receive a lot more ses including the Castle castle and the train station!!

Its a Lego only store operated by Lego France where the manager is great and aggressive on getting the sets asap !! That store and TRU do make a great combination for French AFOLs let me tell you !!

Today I went crazy!

I bought:

6349 Holiday Home-I'm so excited about this.

6 new Fabuland figs-creating some new characters for Fabuland Housewives, so I have a female goat, a female cat, a hippo and two lambs. Fans of the show, don't worry, I'm not adding any more lambs to keep track of. The four sisters are more than enough. I am mixing and matching parts to make new characters. Of course, with only six new episodes left in season one, we won't meet the new characters until next season. I also bought a monkey with the white bricklayer hat. I can't believe I don't already have one of these. Well, I do but the face has completely worn off. He's the zombie monkey. It's really creepy.

a ton of Fabuland parts-including wall pieces, car parts, lamp posts, chairs, tables, roofs and a white motorcycle.

Unfortuantely I paid for it all wrong. I was supposed to pay in Euros but paid in USD and hopefully it won't delay the purchase too much...

Yay! My Metroliner arrived! When built, it looks awesome next to my favourite set, Cafe Corner. :-) I think Metroliner is now my second favourite set ever.
