highlandcattle Posted September 28, 2007 Posted September 28, 2007 6163 and 8105 were about 30% off (K-Mart in Australia). *sweet* Mosaic sets in Australia seem to be not selling well. :'-( The mosaic sets are excellent part packs, especially for tudor houses :) Yesterday, I got quite a good deal, all new creator pods (and some multiple 8 in total) for only 1.99 a piece some one had mistakenly priced them of with older sets. Yaaay! Quote
simonwillems Posted September 28, 2007 Posted September 28, 2007 For my next purchase I have to travel through most of my little country collecting it at the sellers house. I bought, new in box although with some heavy shelfware and no more cellophane wrapping but bags still sealed, the 7839 Car Transport Depot from 1986. No big deal, you would say, until you hear of the price: only 45 euros!! I am one happy lego-collector... :'-) Quote
xwingyoda Posted September 28, 2007 Posted September 28, 2007 Nothing really that exciting though: the advent calendar ;-) *yoda* Quote
SirNadroj Posted September 28, 2007 Posted September 28, 2007 Well, I didn't but this, but I received it today~ Replacement Fleshie Qon-Gon head from my defective (that's understood ;-) ) RP! Quote
alex54 Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 Today I bought the 7414 orient expedition set. It was probably my last chance to buy an elephant, so I don't hesitated, even if the price was quite hight: 25 Quote
Asuka Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 Fort Legoredo, used without box, but in a very nice, almost brand new condition, for only Quote
Wout Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 For non-LEGO shopping I've recently bought a new laptop, and Making Money by Terry Pratchett (newest Discworld book). This has really been an expensive week ;-) Is the tale good? I read something on wikipedia that it was a bit the same as Going Postal. I yesterday bought the 7092 skeleton prison carriage with the terrified soldier :-$ And I also took a peek in the new retail catalogus from 2008. And it made me happy X-D Quote

Batbrick Posted October 3, 2007 Posted October 3, 2007 Bought the AquaRaiders set Lobster Strike the other day, Its supposed to be the least liked set of the line but I loved it! *wub* But it probably is the least best. I found out a good way o make the lobster stand up straight easily, and while it is annoying that he tank has airholes it is still pretty cool. But one of the best bits were the two clear blue crystals :'-) I haven't bought anything big for a while though, I'm saving up to buy the Viking Fortress and Viking Ship soon. TTFN! >:-) Quote
mutley777 Posted October 3, 2007 Posted October 3, 2007 7666 hoth rebel base 7660 naboo star fighter 7662 MTT *wub* Quote
