The new 8291 technic motorcycle. It's a great set, and I love the new shocks.

EDIT: New shocks? :-$ New to me only it seems! I was adding this set to my Peeron list and found they have been around since '91! :-D

Hehe, when I was typing to ask what new shocks you meant, you edited your first post. :-D

Never mind.

Review? *sweet*

Since there are some new buffers available in the very near future, I went to bricklink and bought 14 buffers, 14 magnets and 14 magnet holders. I'm one of those continuity guys. I don't like changes much.

Since the new postal line is finally available in this country I set out and bought the small mailman vehicle, 7731. Nice set, but with flimsy doors that stick out the back a bit.

You are a wise man indeed, I consider the same action.

Finally, my 10184 Town Plan is in my country! I bought it yesterday once it arrived. I am very thrilled to have it. Green Grocer is the next buy, i hope :'-)

Even though it cost me quite a sum, but it's really a beauty :-$

Bought a MISB out of production set from the Ninja series, 6083 Samurial Stronghold :-D

I love Ninjas!

Did you get that off Toyshunt? They had a few like that for Consignment sales, though it was damn expensive :'-(

I bought another 2007 Castle, god, this is turning into an addiction... Also got a Space 918, that makes 9... *skull* >:-)

I was out at the markets and found the 4695 MINI Knight Bus (more purple!), 7831 Make-believe Bucket (it was cheap) and a bag of parts. Included was something I have wanted for years; a Lego flag! *wub*

I was rather surprised to see the Troll Battle Wheel at Toyworld today *sweet* After an interesting yet extremely repetitive build, I can say that it's better than I expected. the tail at the back isn't nearly as bad, nor is the spring fire missile as annoying as I expected (In fact, the firing system is quite nice.. :-$). The little crownie barricade is nice too, I bet two of them would look good on each side of the king's castle. My biggest dissapointment is the lack of weapons for the troll runners (unless you pull the pikes out of the wheel). At the moment I've only got 4 swords for 8 trolls |-/

Overall, a very fine set, I'd recommend to any castle fan ;-)

I placed a Bricklink order containing 12 red epaulettes, one white minifig vest, one yellow minifig vest and a polar bear. You think it's a strange combination? Why? :-P

.... a Lego flag! *wub*

Very nice! I have one too, only the more recent one from the 'flags and fences' set, yours looks better though as the logo is covering the entire flag.

I'm devastated... :'-( *sweet*

I checked the sores today and there are still no Indiana Jones sets available, although the catalog said they should be in stores by april, which it is now. Well, I'll just have to wait a little.

I bought them by www.Speelgoedwinkel.nl in Leusden. You can buy online but they have also a real shop. And they are with most sets 3-5 euro cheaper than Intertoys. A bit like A-Tembo.

Hi, everybody.

About a week ago, I bought the 7731 Mail Van,

and the 7090 Crossbow attack.

And today I´ll get the 7091 Catapult Defense, and

maybe the 7093 Wizzard´s Tower. :'-)

Yes, you are right! It's very expensive, it took me a very long time for me to make that decision! It cost about SGD $89.90 :'-( But for a MISB ninja set which is produced in 1998 and is out of production, i can't complain much. Been looking out for MISB ninja sets but the prices are too steep :'-(

Today I just got the Indiana Jones and The Lost Tomb set (7621). I found it at Target for $20, but I got it for $15 because the box was so torn up!

Let's just hope that I don't get the Anakin head instead of the Indy head....

Yes!! I finally bought the most underrated ship of the entire Pirates line, 6250 Crossbone Clipper!

After numourous near-misses on Ebay, I managed to buy it today from an American seller for a substantial amount of money, in good condition, with instructions but without box. *grin*

6250-1.jpg

Now all the seller has to do is 'ship' it to me, that'll take a while...

Dwarves' Mine and Knights Catapult Defense arrived today, although DM is slightly overpriced. *hmpf_bad* Still good though. *thumbup*

I almost forgot to mention that I have also bought the 7733 Cargo set, a nice set with a great forklift but way, way, way too much stickers.... I mean, thirty stickers for one city set that is not even very large. *sceptic*

Today my 7691 ETX Alien Mothership Assault arrived.

I will add it to the pile of sets to be built and sorted. gotta build a large cupboard into the living room wall to store all my lego in before i can start to build anymore sets (well, that's what my other half has said - she is fed up with boxes of lego everywhere ! )
