I am pretty sure that this game was very far along before all the new sets and pieces were completed. This looks like a great game! Also remember the new sets are being released in October, and the game is going to be released in May, so they matched them to the previous sets.

Is there a brown suit for the LEGO mini figures?

Also, what do you guys think would be a good head for Cho Chang? I have the Ravenclaw torso already and hair, just need a good flesh head. Give me your suggestions please.

Minifig, Head Female with Brown Arched Eyebrows, Eyelashes and Red Lips Pattern (Trixie) on Bricklink looks good. Sorry, too lazy for a picture. :tongue:

Not that I know of, but there's bound to be something out there that could work. Personally, I'm considering going the decal route. That way I can get decent, and somewhat accurate, minifigures for the Weasley Twins, Kingsley Shacklebolt, and several others. The part I'm really not looking forward to is the head decals. I'll have to practice a bit before I go and work on the final figures.

:sceptic: You could try an Indy jacket? For Fred and George's faces, I think Han Solo's face looks a lot like them.

There's no need to make a Kingsley head decal. Some months ago I bought the Mace Windu head to use as Kingsley Shacklebolt, but with the preliminary pictures of the LEGO Prince of Persia theme I thought of using a new one with white pupils. The particular figure goes with the Battle of Alamut set. He looks pretty good to me. Not as angry as the Mace Windu head, but he still looks strong and big. :classic: I'm not sure which one to choose. Do you guys think this new figure would fit for him?

As for the twins, those new generic LEGO Star Wars faces (also used in the Battle of Alamut set - see picture above) would work well. They look like twins and you can use one that's normal (ready for some mischief) and one that's a bit angry. :classic:

Yes, perfectly actually. :classic: The pupils would match the new figures well. I don't know what you would use for his robes, this torso would be interesting with these pants...

Those do look like twins, but they also look very serious: the exact opposite of Fred and George... Another thing that would bother me is the black eyebrows, as they are also flaming gingers :laugh:

And here is the Trixie head from Speed Racer...I think this head would work nicely for Cho, along with the long black Native hair from Indy...

The Prince of Persia sets are available now.

As for the Trixie head, I used that for Lavender Brown and the Hans Solo for the Twins. I think I might use the Tamina head from the Prince of Persia sets.

So are the magnet LEGO mini figures different? Or do they still come apart?

Eh, the head from the PoP set does, to at least some degree work, but as I'm planning on using a custom decal for his robes, I might as well do the same for his face. I'll probably end up getting a torso and legs for him with a custom set I'm currently designing, and I'll probably get the hands for him from the Minifig series 2 Patrolman (looks like he's got brown hands/gloves anyways).

So are the magnet LEGO mini figures different? Or do they still come apart?

As far as I know they should, as I believe the are just a standard minifigure, and the magnet is built into the little base/stand thing they come with.

Maybe we should start a new thread for HP minifig customising? :sceptic:

Do you know what I have realized because of the trailer. LEGO only gave Hermione muggle clothes once in the Diagon Alley Shop set. I really wish they would have released her in regular clothes with the new sets.

Huh, I never noticed that before. What about the first Hogwarts Express set? I know the Harry and Ron figures that came with it were in regular clothes, but can't tell if Hermione did or not. Yeah, it would have been nice to get a new regular clothes Hermione minifigure. If they decide to make some DH themed sets it would be the perfect opportunity to do so. A simple camping set with the trio in regular clothes, a tent, and some gear would be easy enough.

One thing I'm looking forward to is getting the castle, and then adding the additions I've made for it. I've already got Sirius's tower ready to go, along with the One-Eyed Witch hallway, a tree to go outside of Hagrid's hut, the water fountain, and the beginnings of another tower. Should, in theory, go nicely with the new castle set's design.

No actually TT did not.

I am one of the model designers for TT so rest assured this is correct.

Due to current NDA's restricting me, I may be able to go more into the ins and outs of it all once the game is public.

We're just going to have to wait and see if LEGO does continue HP or not. Theres certainly no way of knowing right now. Back to the current wave. :wink:

Kind of a stupid question, but I honestly do not see Ron in The Burrow. Is he in it? If not, TLC is insane. It's the one set Ron absolutley NEEDS to be in.

He is not included in that set, or Hogwarts. The Burrow is Ron's house, but I can see where they are coming from because the set is focused on the attack from HBP and Ron was not in the main attack. They should have included Tonks and Lupin
