Monasti Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 OMG Lego Harry Potters back? That was my favorite! Woohoo. Must buy them all xD. ~Monasti~ Quote
MrCustomizer Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 I meant to say it wasn't hard for me. hehe I edited my post. I didn't have a problem with it. ~MC Quote
sok117 Posted June 16, 2010 Posted June 16, 2010 These sets seem to combine aspects of all the movies thus far into one, examples being the Ford Angila with the train (from the second)along with Luna Lovegood (from the fifth) and Draco with the invisibility cloak (from the third I think) That said, I wonder if Lucious will have a double-sided head with a death-eater mask on the other side, It could be possible, I mean no-one noticed that anakin had a double sided head in the freeco-speeder untill we got some reviews, what do you guys think, and more so, do you think there is anything else hiding within these images? I certainly hope so! It could be a great way to get death eaters! Quote

The third was the one where the Dementors attack the train. Well I think Ginny does, as she has a happy face in the Burrow set, and irritated one in the Hogwarts Express. So does Harry. I assume Luna will have one also. ~MC Quote

Right, Draco always seems to come into their cabin in every book, so it does get rather confusing, does anyone think that voldemorts face looks a little to lego-ish, I mean it's not very menacing. I think it's the smile Quote
Matn Posted June 16, 2010 Posted June 16, 2010 Hmmyeah, I like to think that it's a very painful smile. But I don't think it's too bad, it shows that they haven't based themselves entirely on the films. It's their own interpretation which is very nice, because you can only imagine how he looks from the describing in the books. They could have gave him the same wand as Harry, though. Quote

I think it's the smile I just noticed, does he have a double sided cape like General Grevious? (Hopefully in Dark Green, the DG cape I have now is old and paler than normal DG) Edited June 16, 2010 by indianajones Quote

The Eye Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 Yeah he does, The Slytherin Quiditch players also sport the same cape. It's really quite amazing. Indeed it is. But I'm not fond of Voldemort in general. Dark Green robes? Cool as they are, is that how they were intended in the books? I do like the head, although the wand is cool too (looks like it's made of bone, like the book I think? correct me if I'm wrong). But anyways, the robes should be like in Graveyard Duel in my opinion. Quote

I think that was to better associate him with slytherin and the serpent, Although I do a green that black wood look better, I'm thankful for those lovely green robes, once i get the fig in person, If i don't like the green, I can just swap it out for a sith torso, which I'm sure many of you already have. Tom Bricks Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 I like how is face is gaunt and looks like a skull, the robes are a little bland but i'll probably swap them for the Sith ones too. If most the characters had double sided faces that would be great. I hope that Draco does. Quote
sok117 Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 I wish Draco was in more sets though, him along with Luna, I personally don't see fans getting the Hogwarts Express if they don't have any tracks to put it on, If it at least came with a circle I might have looked into getting it. Quote
lightningtiger Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 I feel Lego screwed up Hogwarts Express again, no proper driving wheels like a real steam train, a friend told me the one in the movie looks a bit like The City Of Truro..... If Lego can put driving wheels on TS3 toy train, then why not this eh ? Since there are no track with this, I won't be buying the express, but I will buy Hagrid's Hut though. I'm a conformist! ! not-in-use-anymore Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 With Sith robes you'd just need to make his eyes yellow and you have Palpatine. Quote

October and: $200 castle $130 train $100 Burrow $30 quidditch $70 I think for hagrid's hut I can't recall price for Dobby set, although I vaguely recall it being more expensive than I thought it would be. blhc11 Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 (edited) This was a stupid post, I need to pay attention to previous posts before I add replies, as for the number of characters, you are forgeting that they are counting with all the different versions of the characters that you find in different sets, but yeah there are no extra characters besides the ones we've already seen, as for the number under Harry's charcater, it's the set number for the Hogwarts express, which makes no sense since in that set he isn't wearing the Hogwarts uniform, nor does he have a broom. Cheers. By- a guy who has way too much free time. Edited June 24, 2010 by blhc11 Quote

Those are australian prices right?... right?...*gulps* right? Thats just crazy!! and I have a feeling your wrong, the toyfair cards displaying the models said they were much cheaper then those ludicrous prices. Quote
