SuperChris Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 I was right in thinking these sets would show up at comic con, I guess! New pictures can be found on leaky. Nothing too exciting, but still nice! http://gallery.the-leaky-cauldron.org/picture/266290 Quote
awesomepants Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 Albus Dumbledore - Like some more people said he looks very like Micheal Gambon and it's nice that he has a new face and printing. Are you sure they are redoing it? It does look different. -Awesomepants Quote
Oswald the Rabbit Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 (edited) Fenrir Greyback is up. It will be cool to add to put the werewolf head from the monsters game on him. Edited July 23, 2010 by Oswald the Rabbit Quote
Oky Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 Or, even better, switch his head with one of the werewolf ones from the Monsters 4 game! Quote
Professor Flitwick Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 Flitwick looks great. Never thought I'd see the day when TLC release him as a proper mini figure! Quote
iviViolence Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 (edited) OMG!! I love Fenrir!!! I really like his face, he looks a little funny and a little psycho (which is good) even though his chest looks a little yellow on that image :P Edited July 23, 2010 by iviViolence Quote
It All Ends Here Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 even though his chest looks a little yellow on that image :P I thought that to when I saw the picture ;) But he looks very nice and very hairy Quote
SuperChris Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 Very nice! He looks far too happy though. This one has a switchable head, right? If so, I'll be switching it. Quote
Clone OPatra Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 This one has a switchable head, right? He definitely has a reverse head, but I think the other one looked more scared, which certainly isn't quite right for the character. LEGO is going cartoony with all of these figures, but for cartoony I think this Fenrir looks just right. Pretty hairy, which is also pretty freaky. Quote
iviViolence Posted July 24, 2010 Posted July 24, 2010 I thought that to when I saw the picture ;) But he looks very nice and very hairy hahaha he does look hairy!..but I think werewolfes are supposed to be hairy :P Quote
It All Ends Here Posted July 24, 2010 Posted July 24, 2010 hahaha he does look hairy!..but I think werewolfes are supposed to be hairy :P Yeah. you're right ;) Quote
tchuk-norst Posted July 24, 2010 Posted July 24, 2010 The white eyes make Fenrir look perfect, a lot like the movie, even tho I thought the whole Burrow scene in the 6th one with Bellatrix and him to be pointless Quote
iviViolence Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 (edited) OMG!! Molly and Arthur are up!! They are both lovely, But I think Molly looks better, she is so CUTE! Edited July 26, 2010 by iviViolence Quote
10or Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 (edited) Molly looks excellent! I like Arthur but I hope he has a double sided head cause the grin is a bit much SNAPE NEXT PLEASE! Edited July 26, 2010 by 10or Quote
It All Ends Here Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 How more Weasleys how better Molly is fantastic fine that Lego have changed her body colour because she first looked naked.. and Arthur is nice to but he has a very big smile. Quote
SuperChris Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 Yes! Two birds with one stone today, as the phrase goes. They both look great. I really hope they don't drag out showing off the microfigs. Just put all 5 up at once, seen as the game is already out. Quote
def Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 Here are shots of the boxes from the Tokyo Toy Show a week ago, courtesy of Japan's Lego blogger, http://legojapan.seesaa.net/ Hope it's not been seen too much here, but there's too many posts to search through to see if it's new. Quote

Clone OPatra Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 looks pretty good, i noticed that albus and snape are on the tower, so this is from the sixth book The Castle, the Train, and Hagrid's Hut are each not from any single book. Voldemort comes with the Castle, in reference to the seventh book. Dementors come with the Castle, which references the third book or perhaps the seventh, since I believe Dementors did fight alongside Voldemort. And yes, perhaps the positioning of Snape and Dumbledore on the tower references the sixth book. It's nice to see a shot of these boxes in person. The art is pretty good, although the Hogwarts set is a bit of a jumble. Quote
ZO6 Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 Those boxes look great. Thanks for the pic, Def! It is great that TLC is remaking these sets and then throwing in lots of characters - it really makes it so that the various sets can be tied to multiple movies. Can't wait to see these guys popping up on shelves in a matter of months! Quote
SuperChris Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 Thanks for sharing that picture! I thought I'd share my mini-HP collection. I have all the sets, but most are in storage due to space in my bedroom. I hope you like it :D! Quote
Clone OPatra Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 Just thought I'd repost this link from amazon.co.jp that has highly zoomable pics for all of those that missed it. It's a shame that you can't zoom in extremely close on the Castle though, in order to see the Dumbledore redo. I guess we'll just have to wait for close-ups of that. Quote

It All Ends Here Posted July 27, 2010 Posted July 27, 2010 (edited) The boxes are very nice! But I don't understand why there is no Ron in the Hogwarts set ... Edited July 27, 2010 by It All Ends Here Quote
