Round 1 Taran Crax | 5 Hans Olo | 5 High - 1 High - 0 Force Push - 0 Low - 0 Sabre Throw - 0 Parry - 0 Sabre Flurry / High - 0 Parry - 0 High - 0 Medium - 1 Health: 4 Health: 4 In a darkened chamber high in the Jedi Temple, Jedi youngling Hans Olo has come before Taran Crax seeking his tutelage. Master and youngling ignite thier lightsabres, the light reflecting off the carved ceramic walls... Hans Olo strikes high with his saber but immediately finds it countered, his blade rebounding with a force that knocks him to the floor. The young Jedi regains his footing and moves to attack but Taran Crax holds him at bay with a wall of Force. The Master launches a series of lightsaber attacks at the youngling, but Olo holds his ground, analysing and parrying the Masters blows. Through the swirling melee, he sees and opening and lunges, catching Master Crax off guard. Crax smiles, spins circles with his blade and settles into a poised stance. Gripping his saber tightly, Hans prepares to fight again. Please send your Duel Sequence for round 2!

Sisco Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 Zerb Stratlind vs. Mistotar Typha Health:3 Health:5 Low-1 Mid-0 High-0 Parry-0 Kick-0 Saber Throw-1 Mid-0 Low-1 Parry-0 Force Push-1 Health:0 Health:4 Round two begins with both warriors sprinting towards each other. Zerb strikes low, knocking Mistotar off his feet. Getting cocky, the youngling goes in for a high blow, only to be parried by the older padawan. Stratlind tries to go for a kick at Typha. Mistotar throws his lightsaber at the lunging youngling, scoring a hit. The youngling gets up, hoping to strike a mid hit. Typha, seeing his chance, knocks the fledgling jedi off his feet with a low blow. Sensing defeat, Zerb raises his lightsaber, hoping to stave off another attack and send the duel to a third round. Smiling grimly at the youngling's foolishness, Padawan Typha blasts Stratlind into a hole in the training room with a blast of the force, ending the duel. Broken and defeated, Zerb Stratlind is carried to the infirmary. Congratulations Minxter! Tough loss, CorneliusMurdock. Feel free to update your profiles! Round 3 Darth Aiklimacz | 3 Parama Jandu | 1 Low - 0 Parry - 0 Force Lightning - 0 Parry - 0 Low - 0 Low - 0 Mid - 1 High - 0 High - 0 High - 0 Health: 3 Health: 0 Some of the braver little inhabitants hide within the remnants or thier domiciles, seeking to gain better vantage over the battle taking place where once it was peaceful. Parts of their village have been completely destroyed, fires breaking out amongst some of the smashed structures. This creature has brought death to their home. This Jedi has come to deliver them from evil. Anxiously they pray for it's victory... Parama Jandu's lightsaber shudders and sparks as, backed against a splintered tree-stump, Aiklimacz smashes her saber against it again and again. They try to outmaneuver each other, gain a foot hold, all the while still furiously attacking, vehemently defending. Jandu swings his blade in the air in attempt to bring it down on his opponent, but the White Sith thrusts her lightsaber into his torso with one hand, grievously injuring the youngling. Parama feebly swings his lightsaber at the Sith, who easily counter, before falling into a pile on the ground, beaten, his tunic torn and singed. Laughing, the White Sith turns and walks towards the remaining villagers, the fires behind her casting her dark shadow across them... Congratulations KDM! You have gained a rank and are now a Sith Apprentice. Well played cralegoboy, those parries worked really well but you were less lucky on some of those other actions. Better luck next time! Anyway, it was nice dueling with you. Thanks also to pedro for taking the time to adjudicate our duel. Anyone who wants to duel the White Sith next? Minx? sok? Legonater? C-Murdock? (the recent most active duelists).

Sisco Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 (edited) Mistotar Typha vs. Darth Aiklimacz Health: 5 Health: 5 Mid-0 Force Lightening-1 Saber Throw-0 Force Push-0 Low-1 Low-0 Force Push-0 High-0 Parry-0 Mid-0 Health: 4 Health: 4 On the remote planet of Kamino, Mistotar Typha and Darth Aiklimacz meet at the cloning facility. The white sith is there on a mission to destroy the cloning facility, and Mistotar is there to stop her and save the clones. The Kaminonians have fled. This is Aiklimacz's last mission before achieving the rank of Warrior, so she is determined to win. Mistotar knows that if he wins, he may be considered for the rank of Master. Who will win this pivotal battle? Mistotar strikes first, aiming for the Sith's midsection. Seeing the blow coming, the practitioner of the Dark Side fries Typha with a blast of Force Lightening. Shaking his head to clear his head of the dizziness of the electricity, he throws his lightsaber at the dark knight. The White Sith sends his lightsaber back at the Jedi Knight, breaking a few vials full of clone DNA before Mistotar can summon his saber back. Once Typha regains his lightsaber, he rushes at Aiklimacz's feet, hoping to drop her to the ground. Aiklimacz sees the blow coming, and drops her saber down to catch the blow. Their blades cross with deadly sizzling and popping sounds.Detecting a weakness, Typha comes in to deliver the blow. Wincing, the sith apprentice thinks she sees an opening around the middle of Typha, only for her lightsaber to be parried away. The two Force Sentients leap away from each other, catching their breath before they have to leap into battle again... Send Round 2 DS when ready! Wait before you send in your Round 2 DS, I forgot to take into account Minxter's Combat Master Ability. Hold tight, I have some Fixing to do. EDIT: fixed, sorry for the inconvenience! XimenaPaulina Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 DS Sent for Round 2. Yeah I was about to point out that Minx has Combat Master ability, so our countered Low attacks should deal me 1 damage point, so the Health should be tied at 4.

Nice setting BTW - very reminiscent of the CW episode Clone Cadets with Assajj (Aiklimacz) vs. Anakin (Typha) battling on the clone cloning facility.

Right from the start, both younglings quickly lunge into the air looking to strike from above, only to cancel each other's move. Unfazed by his first failed attempt, Stratlind once again aims to attack from the top, but Jandu was quick to block his opponent's attack. Jandu then goes on the offensive and swings his lightsaber on his rival's legs, with Stratlind alertly countering. Jandu immediately followed-up his attack, however Stratlind deceitfully strikes his air-borne opponent's legs. Struggling to get back, Jandu tries to kick his opponent, but Stratlind deals a painful blow on the former's torso. Both younglings try to catch their breath, and both still determined to win their first duel. Who will gain the upper hand in the next round? Will Stratlind ride the momentum of his late onslaught?
