Sisco Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 (edited) Mistotar Typha vs. Darth Aiklimacz Health: 4 Health: 4 Low-0 Force Lightening-1 Saber Throw-1 Low-0 Force Push-1 Force Push-0 Mid-1 High-0 Low-1 Mid-0 Health:3 Health:0 Typha runs at Aiklimacz, going for her legs. Smiling at the reminiscence of the beginning of the last round, she again fries the Jedi Knight with a blast of force electricity. Hoping to play upon that advantage, the White Sith goes for the legs. Mistotar throws his lightsaber, and hits the deadly sith in the face with the butt of the lightsaber, knocking her down temporarily. Aiklimacz tries feebly to send a wave of the force to her opponent, only to be met with a stronger wave and is thrown against the wall, smashing more vials of unborn clones. Finally getting up, the Sith Apprentice leaps high using the force, and slices down at Typha. Typha dodges, and slices the White Sith's stomach. Gravely wounded, Aiklimacz swings her lightsaber feebly at the Jedi Knight. Grinning in triumph, Typha knocks the White Sith off her feet with a low blow. Lying wounded, Aiklimacz can't move. Typha picks up the Sith Apprentice with the force, walks outside, and promptly throws her over the edge of the platform. Walking away intently, knowing that his reward of the rank of master awaits him, Typha doesn't see the ship that fished the White Sith out of the water... Revenge will come soon for Darth Aiklimacz... Winner: Mistotar Typha! Well played, Minxter! Better luck next time, KDM. You just got really unlucky with your duel sequence. Minxter's combat master ability also helped him out a lot, giving him one more hit point on the double Force Pushes. That was the pivotal moment. Minxter, congratulations! You are now at the rank of Master, and may choose one extra Mastery Ability. Edited October 4, 2010 by cralegoboy

XimenaPaulina Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 Just wanted to point out a wee mistake: both younglings should have 4 health! Parama's 4th attack, HIGH, beats Zerb's LOW. You've assigned the damage to the wrong Jedi KDM! Oh I'm so sorry about the glaring mistake! Already fixed! Both fighters are tied at 4 Health points apiece. Once again, I apologize for the mess-up.
XimenaPaulina Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 (edited) Ouch, dead after two rounds.. Impressive dueling skills Minx, you're really getting good at this. Now you have a complete set of abilities so it might be hard to duel with you again at my current state. I'll just wait for the time to duel you again until I'm in the 'same' level as you. Thanks also to cralegoboy for adjudicating. It looks like my weird rooting for Typha came true. Edited October 5, 2010 by KielDaMan
XimenaPaulina Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 (edited) <Once again, apologies to both duelists for the slight mess-up on the previous round. Stratlind then swishes his lightsaber on his rival's torso, only to be parried once again by Jandu. "You're getting too predictable my friend", Jandu uttered. Jandu then goes on the offensive, swinging his lightsaber from the top, but Stratlind strikes his opponent in the body, dealing significant damage. "How do you like that one, my friend, is that too predictable to you?", Stratlind answers with a grin. Keeping his silence, Jandu goes for an aerial attack, but so does Stratlind and loud lightsaber counterstrikes can be heard throught the jedi training room, as both younglings try to recover from the ground. Seeing Startlind has lost his grip on his lightsaber, Jandu tries to kick his opponent but Startlind, in one sweeping motion, quickly got back his lightsaber and struck Jandu on the legs, sending the perplexed youngling on the floor. Stratlind eagerly looks to end this duel, will he be able to finally finish this battle? Or will Jandu pull-off a miraculous comeback? Send in your Round 3 DS whenever you're both ready. The determined Stratlind once again goes for an aerial attack and catches Jandu off-guard and deals him a deadly blow. Sisco Posted October 6, 2010 Posted October 6, 2010 Yeah, just realized, sudden death only happens when the health points are tied at the end of the round. CM won it fair and square. Good duel, Cornelius.
CorneliusMurdock Posted October 6, 2010 Posted October 6, 2010 It was a good duel, we'll have to do it again sometime so you can have revenge... That is if beating the snot out of me in wizard duel won't be enough.
XimenaPaulina Posted October 6, 2010 Posted October 6, 2010 (edited) Guys, sorry for the mess-up once again. Very intense duel by both of you. Cornelius, would you like to duel with me and test your newly-developed ability? Edited October 6, 2010 by KielDaMan
pedro Posted October 6, 2010 Author Posted October 6, 2010 Jedi Master Taran Crax versus Jedi Youngling Hans Olo... winnner: Taran Crax. Round 3 Taran Crax | 3 Hans Olo | 3 Sabre Flurry / Mid - 0 Parry - 0 Low - 1 Mid - 0 Saber Throw - 1 Low - 0 Force Push - 1 Parry - 0 Mid - 0 Parry - 0 Health: 3 Health: 0 Lightsabers thrum as the Jedi circle each other, looking for an opening in their opponents's defenses. Master Crax suddenly flies towards the youngling with a tyrade of saber strikes; Olo holds his ground, his blade deflect each and every blow. Taking advantage of Han's rigid stance, Crax quickly drops low, deftly sweeeping the youngling's legs out from under him. Hans hits the ground hard and tries to recover but Master Taran's lighsaber flies through the air towards him ctaching him unguarded. Dazed, the youngling mis-times a parry as Crax pins him against the wall with the Force. Master Crax releases the youngling, who drops softly to the floor. "Well fought, young Olo." remarks the master. "But you lack technique..." Conratualtions sok117. Brilliantly played Legonater... but maybe a few games against other younglings will help you gain some ranks!
CorneliusMurdock Posted October 6, 2010 Posted October 6, 2010 DS sent. Zerb sure is getting a workout lately.

Sisco Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 (edited) Round 1 Darth Aiklimacz l 5 Zerb Stratlind l 5 Force Push-0 Low-0 High-0 Mid-1 Force Lightening-0 Saber throw-0 Mid-0 Mid-0 Low-0 High-1 Health: 3 Health:5 Darth Aiklimacz sees Zerb Stratlind coming on the forest moon of Endor. Ewoks scatter as the two force sentients approach each other. "Jub Jub"! Says one, as it scurries away under the dark gleaming eyes of the White Sith. Zerb, anxious to show his new master, Yoda, that he was worthy, charges at the Sith Apprentice, only to be pushed back by a wave of the force. Unfazed, Stratlind goes for the Sith's torso. Aiklimacz, misinterpreting the direction of the blow, raises her lightsaber, only to be hit square in the chest. Wincing, she summons a bolt of Force Lightening. Zerb, thinking fast, sends his lightsaber at the Sith Learner, absorbing the powerful electricity. Retrieving his lightsaber, Zerb goes in for another swipe to the chest, only to be countered by the like-minded sith. Leaping, Zerb catches Aiklimacz on the shoulder, opening up a bright red gash. The White Sith's eyes alight with pain and hatred, and goes on the attack... Unbeknown to either, Yoda's ship lands, and the Jedi Master himself gets out. He uses the Force to lift himself up to a branch of a tree near to the battle, and watches with great interest his padawan... Send in round 2 DS when ready! Edited October 7, 2010 by cralegoboy
