Zerb tosses his lightsaber, but Aiklimacz blocks it. With the balance in her favor, the Sith unleashes a blast of Force Lightning. As Zerb crumples to the ground, he makes two more attacks, both or which are batted away. With Zerb defeated, Aiklimacz stashes him in the soon-to-be repaired shuttle, and shocks his Ewok. However... before lifting off, Zerb escapes, living to fight another day. Congratulations Kiel! That was a nice duel there guys.
JimBee Posted October 23, 2010 Posted October 23, 2010 Nice pictures, Legonater. I had thought of doing something similar, adding pictures to go with the DSs, I mean. I had tried that, but when I posted it, there were no spaces- thatw as the only thing that worked. This confused me at first as well. You have to press enter in between each one, so the sides are slightly askew. Like this: Kick - 0 Low - 1 The right attack is one space lower than the left.

Yeah it has really been very quiet here, I think the only active duelists now are you, me , CorneliusMurdock, and Mistotar Typha. I think the Jedi Duellers will get revived once pedro introduces Jedi Duel V.2.0. In any case, if you want to duel, Darth Aiklimacz can take you (that is if it's ok with you to battle a Sith Lord )

The last time these two met, the then-youngling Hans surprised the more experience padawan with an impressive showing of duelling skills. Now, Zerb looks to return back the favor and promises he will not go easily with Hans this time. The padawan begins to attack with a lightning-quick low swing of his lightsaber that catches Hans off-guard and hits him on the legs. Even after being hurt, the initiate tries to kick Zerb but a strong wave of the Force pushes Hans back. Zerb then throws his lightsaber towards his opponent, only to be bounced back with a timely Force Push from Hans. Zerb immediately recovers his weapon and attempts to strike Hans on the feet once more, but the initiate successfully parries the attack. After catching their breath, both duelists surge towards each other and swings their lightsabers against each other's body, as loud saber clashes can be heard throughout the training room due to the cancelled out attacks. Zerb holds a slim lead after the culmination of the first round. Send in your Round 2 DS when ready.

Then both duelists tries to strike each other in the body as both lightsabers clash and cancel out. Both then pushes each other with a powerful surge of the Force. Hans attempts to hit his rival on the legs but Zerb deflects with his lightsaber. Still determined despite repeated failed attacks, Hans once again sweeps his lightsaber low, and this time catches Zerb off guard, opening a wound in Zerb's right leg. Hans Olo has evened up the score with a late timely attack. Who shall finally come up with the decisive salvo in the final round? Send in your Round 3 DS when ready.

Yoda's Padawan then starts to attack, swinging his lightsaber towards his opponent's torso, but Hans was quick to block with his saber. The jedi initiate then swishes his weapon low, only to be pushed with a strong surge of the Force from Zerb. On the ensuing sequence, Zern lunges to the air, aiming to strike from above, but was quickly bounced back by a Force Push from his rival. The padawan continues to be on the offensive, once again attempting an aerial strike, which Hans once again predicts and deflects the attack with his lightsaber. In one lightning-quick move, Zerb threw his saber towards Hans, catching him off-guard and injuring him on the arm. Master Yoda then calls it a game, declaring his padawan victorious. Winner: Zerb Stratlind! Congratulations Cornelius! The last strike proved to be the decisive move of the duel. Almost, but not quite The Legonater, you just made the wrong move in the last sequence. You may update your character profiles accordingly.

Since I missed the tournament, I'd like to take on someone who did very well there (to more or less gauge how I would have done in the tourney if I participated). "It will be my honor to be trained by you Master Ber'Gin'Yon", the youngling pays respect. "It would be my pleasure young one, now let's get this started!", the Master said, as he begins the training with a lightsaber swing towards the young jedi's body that was adeptly blocked by Kal. Kal then tries to kick but Ber'Gin'Yon sensing the inexperience of the youngling, correctly reads his move and counters with a striking blow on the youngling's torso. The jedi master continues to be on the offensive, attempting a low attack that was quickly deflected by Kal. Ber'Gin'Yon once again tries to sweep Kal off his feet, but the youngling jumps into the air and hits the jedi master in the head. After landing to the ground, Kal immediately follows-up with a low lightsaber swing, however Ber'Gin'Yon, showing impressive recovery, lunges in mid-air and slashes his lightsaber into the youngling's forehead, hurting Kal as the first round ends. An exciting exchange of attacks in the first round between the master and the youngling! Will Ber'Gin'Yon's experience prevail, or will Kal's youthful exubberance pull-off a surprise?
