Walter Kovacs Posted November 20, 2010 Posted November 20, 2010 Uh... doesn't Force Push beat Low? Force push is a Protect + a Kick. So it blocks any attack, and deals damage if it comes up against Protect.
CorneliusMurdock Posted November 21, 2010 Posted November 21, 2010 Jedi Duel Round 3 Hans Olo | 4------Vs.-----Yo-han Mai | 3 Parry ~ 0 -------------------- Parry ~ 0 Force Push ~ 0 ----------------------- Mid ~ 0 Mid ~ 0 ----------------------- Low ~ 1 Parry ~ 0 ------------------- High ~ 0 Mid ~ 0 ----------------------- Parry ~ 0 Health: 3 --------------------- Health: 3 As the sparring match continues, the participants attempt to parry blows that never come. Hans pushes his opponent away with the force but Yo-han leaps forward again with a strike to the initiate's knees that connects. Olo parries the next blow and then tries to retaliate but is blocked in turn. The round ends but the Jedi Masters sense that the match is not over and rightly so. Okay guys, send your DS's for Sudden Death. First one that hits wins.
CorneliusMurdock Posted November 22, 2010 Posted November 22, 2010 Jedi Duel Sudden Death Hans Olo | 3------Vs.-----Yo-han Mai | 3 Parry ~ 0 -------------------- Low ~ 0 Force Push ~ 0 ----------------------- Mid ~ 0 Low ~ 0 ----------------------- Parry ~ 0 Mid ~ 0 ------------------- Mid ~ 0 Parry ~ 0 ----------------------- High ~ 0 Health: 3 --------------------- Health: 3 Olo parries the youngling's strike and pushes him back with the Force. The Initiate then goes on the offensive but is parried by Yo-han. Both duelists lunge at each other but their lightsabers meet in mid air. Yo-han tries a last lunge but Hans parries it. The Jedi masters clap politely. The two young Jedi have fought to a standstill ut have shown impressive skill in their match. Well, it's a tie but it was a good duel. CorneliusMurdock Posted December 20, 2010 Posted December 20, 2010 I will. Just PM me. I apologize in advance if getting the rounds up is a day or two slow. Thanks for the Adj! Walter Kovacs Posted December 20, 2010 Posted December 20, 2010 Thanks for Adjudicating, Legonator. I'm in no hurry. I'm just getting my Wizard Duel frustrations out of my system. DS Sent.
The Legonater Posted December 27, 2010 Posted December 27, 2010 (edited) First, I'd like to apologize for the lateness of this. I completely forgot, what with the busyness of this time of year. But anyways, here it is. Ber'gin'yon Torg'h (Sorry for above spelling)___________________________________________Zerb Stralind Health: 5____________________________________________________________________________5: Health Saber Flurry Mid-1_______________________________________________________________0-Saber Throw Saber Throw-1_________________________________________________________________________0-Low Low-1________________________________________________________________________________0-High Low-0________________________________________________________________________________1-Mid High-0__________________________________________________________________________0-Force Push Health: 4___________________________________________________________________________2 :Health The infamous Torg'h was on a mission. Or rather, a quest. He and Zerb Stralind were on Ragoon-6 playing a classic Jedi 'game' which used all their skills to track a fellow hidden Jedi. As it grew dark, Zerb and Torg'h- in their Jedi robes because the adjucater was in a rush and couldn't find the torsos their other clothes were horridly stained with sweat, they sat. "This is fun, isn't it, Budgy One Dog?" Zerb asked. "It's Ber'gin'yon Tog'h," the Jedi corrected. "Ah, of course- Burying Young Doors." "It's- forget it. How about this, we'll duel. I win, you have to pronounce my name right. You win, you call me what you want." Zerb agreed, and they activated their lightsabers. Torg'h started out with a deadly flurry, catching the younger Jedi of guard. The more experienced Jedi scored two more hits, untill his opponent scored a hit. Torg'h's next attack was blocked by a surge of the force. Swinging their sabers, they prepared for the next round. Edited December 28, 2010 by The Legonater
Walter Kovacs Posted December 28, 2010 Posted December 28, 2010 No problem about the lateness. I fully understand. Just so you know, I sent my 2nd round DS by adding to the previous PM.
CorneliusMurdock Posted December 28, 2010 Posted December 28, 2010 I'm assuming my health is the one at 2. D'oh. Just got back home from Christmas craziness. Sending DS now.

Zerb sent a wave of the force to his opponent, and then slashed low. But Torg'h blocked both assaults, and then sent went in a flurry after Zerb. It too, was blocked. Zerb lept off an outrcrop, and swung. Torg'h swung in the same direction, though, and blocked the assault. Then in a seemingly fluke action both tossed their sabers, which again were blocked. As they caught their sabers, shocked by the results of the round, they prepared for the next. They both knew someone would come out the victor. Neither knew what awauted them at the end, however.
Walter Kovacs Posted December 31, 2010 Posted December 31, 2010 I forgot about sending in a new DS for a day or so. Sorry about that. DS Sent!

Then both tossed their sabers and each other, which strike in mid air and flew back. Zerb slashed at Torg'h torso, catching a deadly blow as he attempted to strike low. Torg'h leapt over Zebr's next strike, and swung high. As Zerb reared back in pain he attempted to make another strike, but he was caught offguard again by Torg'h's flurry. Then, they heard the roar of a ship, and looked up. A figure leapt out of a fighter, and landed inbetween the two. Gasping, Zerb blocked the first strike from the four armed menace. It was the feared General Gerivous. Gerivous made a quick effort to seperate Zerb from the older, more experianced Jedi. It worked, Zerb was quickly being weakened by the deadly general. Before long, Gerivous had literraly pushed Zerb to the edge- he was mere centimeters from falling off. Clearly though, both the Force and Zerb's lucky Ewok was with him. Torg'h sent a wave of the force at the General, who had forgotton about him, and sent him flying over Zerb and the cliff. They both knew that Gerivous wasn't done, but they need not worry about him anymore.

CorneliusMurdock Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 (edited) Jedi Duel Round 1 Ceroknight | 5------Vs.-----Hans Olo | 5 High ~ 0 -------------------- Force Push ~ 0 Kick ~ 1 ----------------------- Parry ~ 0 Parry ~ 0 ----------------------- Mid ~ 0 Low ~ 0 ------------------- Low ~ 0 Mid ~ 1 ----------------------- High ~ 0 Health: 5 --------------------- Health: 3 Young Jedi Hans Olo is traveling back to the temple on Coruscant after investigating a disturbance on the lower levels of the city-planet. In the shadows, a red lightsaber ignites after he passes. Sensing danger, the initiate lights his own orange saber. The dark form of the Sith youngling Ceroknight pounces from the dark at the Jedi. Just before the Sith's saber reaches him, the Jedi pushes him away with the force. Undaunted, the Sith launches himself at the Jedi yet again this time connecting with a kick to his abdomen. Olo starts to fall back but catches himself and swings his lightsaber at Ceroknight's torso. The Sith parries the swing and then the lightsabers of both combatants flare as they connect in low attacks. Ceroknight then catches Olo off gaurd with a torso lunge. Several layers of the Jedi's robes are singed away but luckily it is only a minor wound. Send for round 2 when ready. Edited January 6, 2011 by CorneliusMurdock
