Darth Legolas Posted January 8, 2010 Posted January 8, 2010 (edited) So, I guess this could go here. I don't want to be advertising, but I'd like to note a new company called Uberstix (or at least I think it's new...) that is able to work with Lego and other large building companies. In fact, the box specifically advertises it's compatibility with Lego and mentions it often. I'd just love to build a Lego and Uberstix blend. Here's a picture: The connector/slidey holes on the "quarks" fit right in with regular Lego bars. See? A whole page about Uberstix and Lego: Here! Unfortunately, they also mention megabloks, but they talk more about Lego. Edited January 8, 2010 by Darth Legolas Quote
Siegfried Posted January 9, 2010 Posted January 9, 2010 Interesting, but non-LEGO still belongs in Community so I'm moving this there. Quote

Not really... here are the compatibility with Knex photos: The pieces are really different. The plastic is the only thing that's the same. Quote
vexorian Posted January 9, 2010 Posted January 9, 2010 Seems cool. I remember having tons of fun with knex before knowing LEGO. That minifig seems a little angry he is getting used along with non-LEGO products though ... hmnn. Quote

Front Posted January 9, 2010 Posted January 9, 2010 The website was updated in 2006, or so it appears. This toy may not be in production anymore. USA company, Chinese manufacturing. Quote

Palms Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 I was never into K-nex so I probably wont get any of these. however they do look really cool . Quote
Big Cam Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 Huh, I don't see using these with LEGO's, although they do have an example, I just can't see myself anting any of these pieces to be used in a MOC. Thanks for sharing though. Quote
