I guess I'm addicted 3.5 posts a day is my average and I check this maybe 15+ a day. But BIgcam has a serious addiction and probably needs medical attention........

In my head addiction = passion. Of course I'm being toted off right now in a pretty white jacket  but why does that matter

Why does he have 666 posts? (Six hundred-sixty six posts) That's weird. :sceptic:

Seriously though, Big Cam, you are logged on and doing something every time I use the computer anywhere. I think you need a vacation to an island with caveman-era technologies.

I find myself addicted, even if I do not post so much. Though I have started posting more, either because I have more to say, or I'm not new so I'm not worried about saying something that displeases anybody, especially the staff (I was worried about this).

I come on Eurobricks far too often for my own needs, and there is really not that much to see. When I am on my computer, I am constantly flipping back to Eurobricks, but why? No reason other than I need to see, but there isn't anything to see usually so close to the last time I checked. So I count myself as addicted, and if Big Cam wants to post so much, that's nice for him. Since he actually is always contributing something when he posts, that's pretty good.

The blue bucket in his avatar should be a give-away of who is responsible. Otherwise: check this

I'd just bring my mobile phone and get on EB from that.

Thank you. :clasic:

You're welcome. I know that there are some people who are addicted in that they want to increase their post count, which is not a healthy addiction. But your addiction seems to be one of always participating in discussions and contributing, which is better (though it's still with online strangers that you don't know instead of real social situations, but hey, if you're at work anyway, watcha gonna do?).

I read that thread originally and know Siegfried is responsible, but I mean why that particular number?

It's enough about Foxy. This thread is about being addicted to EB, so if you don't have something to say about yourself and EB or addiction to EB, then your post does not belong. Foxy is irrelevant here.

Well, I think I've calmed down a lot since I first joined. I'm reluctant to say 'dark ages', so I guess it was more of a 'dim period of time' where I only posted occasionally, often not venturing past the home page. But I've gotten back into the swing of it now, and, though I'm not as post-crazy as I was when I first joined, I still pop in quite a lot. I'd say I'm addicted.

I've been on since 07:00 yesterday morning and it's now 00:32 so thats 17 and a half hours straight. I'm not addicted, but I am avoiding doing other things. Like work.

Ssh!

He's the deciever!

I get on EB about 10+ times a day, but for some reason, I voted 7-whatever. I think I'm in the "I'm addicted, but I still have a life" group.

I spend far too much time on Eurobricks, and although it should probably stop, it won't. Like Zorro, how many times I visit Eurobricks in a day depends on how busy I am at the time, but on average I probably spend around 4 hours per day on here. In my opinion that's far too much, especially when I have work that actually pays me (unlike the Classic-Pirates.com blog  ) to get done while I'm online. But we'll never know what else I could achieve was I to be online less, because that'll never happen.

Eurobricks is the first site I visit eating my breakfast, then at the office again several times a day. Just after lunch and before I go home, then at home again and even before I go to bed.

So, waaaay to many times.

I find myself shifting in forums though. I started out in Star Wars but because I stopped MOC'ing and MOD'ing (some of my stuff isn't even unpacked after my move in aug 09) and started MOC'ing the Discworld I find myself ckecking out the History and Pirates forums more often.

I still have to get rid of the "most active" in "hello my name is". I boosted my postcount to get at 500 in the Christmass holliday for a MOC; shame on me.

I'm an in a similar boat. I'm on all the time at work, even though I should probably work.

You're efforts are appreciated!

I wouldn't nessasarily say "addicted", but I do check 10-20 times daily. I just have nothing else to do (after a certain amount of building each day my fingers hurt from taking apart plates and stuff.)

Not really addicted here. I pop in and out throughout the day but I don't really hang around that many boards. I'm on the general for various posts, town mainly for MOC and review topics, and Community for the "what'd u buy today"

That's about it.

Haha, no, not really. I do feel the need to check it at least once every day, but that's only because the site is one of my prime sources for news about lego. And I'm hardly addicted to posting on this or the other two forums I'm active members on.

However, I would say that I am somewhat addicted to the internet as as a whole - just not one particular site. There's so much information being uploaded every day on the world wide web that I always can find something to look at, whether it be releated to lego, video games, or another one of my interests. Heck, I even enjoy browsing Transformers sites from time to time, even though I own exactly zero toys and have only really watched one of the cartoon series.
