I go and do something in LDD or play some other games. So i voted Im not sure, because i seriosly check the forums too many times per day

It's one of the many places I visit on the Internet. It is a default page on my iPad. I can't seem to avoid coming here every time I open my web browser. :classic:

Well I guess the proper question for me is not how often I check-out on EB but how much time do I spend being online on EB, which is an average of 8 hours a day. I think that counts as addiction. :look:

You can also count that as dedication. :classic:

Yes, I'm definetely an addict  . EB is the first thing I go onto when I'm on the Internet. I usually check out what's new, then go off. Then, shortly afterwards I'll go back on again. If there's nothing new, I'll just go off again. Then I go on again later  ! So yes, I'm an addict.

I voted 10+ If the last option was "Churchill, seriously, log off" I would have voted for that one.

I'm guilty of sitting with the computer and every few minutes refreshing. Many is the night when I have to say to myself, ok, nothing earth shattering is going to happen, log off and go to bed!.... and then the next morning I find new pictures were released  .

I only check it about once or twice a day but I check it for several hours. But I usually am on the computer even if I'm not on EB as you can prolly tell from my username. I should probably stop going on EB so much and start actually building stuff to post.

Same as me! I'm on constantly and watch only a few topics, and every second: refresh, refresh.

Ahh the good old days. I see I'm still pulling a solid second place.

Its amazing how far I've come in a year, also that this thread was bumped over a year later and no one said anything.

I actually got in trouble at work for being on EB to much, the site is now blocked at my work, so I only access the site from home or on my phone, at least twice a day on my phone

I had a good run of being everywhere, but I'm very content now with my more casual posting style. Keep voting and keep visiting EB and www.classic-pirates.com (shameless plug)

That's dedication to EB right there.! How much trouble did you get in for it?

 At least your workplace cares enough to take notice of one employee's addiction.

A talking to and they said they would monitor my internet usage for a few months.

Obviously I stayed away from the internet like it was the black plague, and a few months later I met with my boss and she said looks like this is resolved.

I think I was more worried about it than anyone. Trust me I'm not proud of it, because this is my job, I really didn't think I was on that much. I usually always had a window minimized and I just checked in, in between tasks or while waiting for something else to load. Its kind of funny to talk about now but its not something I recommend trying.

I visit Eurobricks every day. I may not post every day, but I'm here anyway. I used to post on a number of message boards, I'm even a moderator of one (not LEGO related), but Eurobricks is the only one I visit on a daily basis. So yeah, you can call me an addict.

That's awesome, I guess I'll put you down as a maybe addicted for now.

Lol, actually, put me down as a not addicted at all.

See, I haven't collected Legos in ages. I still have one item intact from my childhood (a huge blue and red motorcycle set I customized heavily) but all the other stuff got taken apart and put away years ago. When I was 22 I started collecting action figures heavily for the first time since I was 14. I'm up to about 3000 action figures now.

A couple years ago I bought a large lot of Legos from a tag sale, and there was around 100,000 bricks and random pieces in there. Since I'm not planning on building stuff or collecting again I figured I'd hit up the Lego forums and see if I could trade any of these bricks for action figures or just sell them. I'm just now getting around to it.

I understand most forums don't want newbies selling indiscriminately to their members but I would rather try my hand at posting these here than let some random person grab them from me and sell them for double or more. I would rather they each go to the home of someone who needs them specifically and will give them a good home, even if it means I have to sell for less than I'd get from a scalper/eBay seller/whatever. Of course I'd much prefer to trade them for rare figures. I have no idea what each Lego item goes for really as I'm just beginning my research into selling/trading Lego.

It's a good thing that I have no access to Eurobricks when school is in session, but on a weekend, I literally check once in the morning, once after lunch, and twice in the evening. I love the news/spoilers, reviews, contests, and quirky stuff the Frontpage is updated with and any new posts on the threads I follow.
