Mine is this. Hat and epaulettes can also be replaced with just a chef's hat if that's easier. Torso is a regular chef torso.

variations:

Hair-anything black.(well, no girl styles)

Shirts- If you dont have this admiral/governor shirt, next possibilities in order: black falcon knight, general or officer from western, plain blue, or classic space blue.

cape-dark blue or black if you have one.

pants-whatever color you have that fits with the shirt. black blue white or grey.

...if all else fails, throw one in and say its me!
