just2good Posted April 22, 2013 Posted April 22, 2013 I love all of Weird Al's polkas, so this is convenient for me (and it eliminates the two unfitting ones!): Quote
Leo604 Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Something I picked up while shopping in Aeropostale this weekend. Quote

MatiPasio Posted April 24, 2013 Posted April 24, 2013 (edited) Lao Che - It's a Polish crossover band. They have got brilliant lyrics and music. But... In Polish, so you won't understand (If you're not Polish, oh) My favourite albums from Lao Che are: - Warsaw Uprising (Powstanie Warszawskie) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=anhxqVG4HQE - Gospel (Gospel) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ADHpaI6Yp_Q I don't listen much to English music. The only band that I am listening to is "Weird Al - Yankowic", but I listen it rarely. Edited April 24, 2013 by MatiPasio Quote
Scorpiox Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 Shame that music isn't made this good any more. Quote

Scorpiox Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 Any day now... the year of the Diamond Dogs. This ain't Rock n' Roll, this is GENOCIDE! I'm sorry, but literally nothing in the world comes close to Bowie's immortal sandwich. Not now, not ever. Quote
Teessider Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 A great song from one of my all-time favourite bands, Rush. They're an amazing band to see live. I've recently discovered 808 State and got the Greatest Hits album Blueprint. I love this track and its use of samples. I love this song by Louis Philippe. Its based on the music from the Earthbound games. Quote
Scorpiox Posted May 13, 2013 Posted May 13, 2013 (edited) A poignant cover of David Bowie's Space Oddity, recorded in space by Chris Hadfield as he prepares to return to Earth. Brilliantly done, and brought to life by stunning photography. Really gives one a perspective of the world.Even Bowie himself has praised this version, it's just so... fitting a song to bring Hadfield's term to an end. Edited May 13, 2013 by Scorpiox Quote
Sid Sidious Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 Right now I'm listening to Rocket by Def Leppard. Now it's Splash by Sub Focus. Quote

Aanchir Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 (edited) Been trying to get into brony music ever since I first experienced it at Cloudsdale Congress this spring. Just listened to this song, and even though it's not the sort of music I typically listen to, I can't help but love it. Edited May 16, 2013 by Aanchir Quote
