Legoless Posted May 18, 2011 Posted May 18, 2011 (edited) Listening to Talk Talk's jaw-droppingly original album Spirit of Eden. I Believe In You is one of my favourite songs of all time. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BlaZ9RNHaPc&NR=1 Edit- I don't know what the woman in this video is saying, as she is talking in Foreign. def Posted May 19, 2011 Posted May 19, 2011 Nice Alopex! Revolting video, but awesome track. I love Aphex Twin. Listening to more retro-techno... Early 00's Canadian micro-house, Akufen. What a funky bastard! Quote

[Genie] ... just type in 'SNSD' in youtube and be prepared to amazed by them.... [Hoot] I would never have expected to find other Soshi fans on this forum... I seem to be one of the few people who actually prefer their pre-Genie stuff.* *Maybe it has something to do with me also being a mahou shoujo fan... Contrary to popular belief, they do have of talent - it's just that it's not necessarily evident from their songs... Edited May 19, 2011 by fallenangel309 Quote
Peppermint_M Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 The TRON Legacy bonus tracks. I am also *ahem* collecting them. Quote
LEGO Guy Bri Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 Relatively unknown band in the states (and the rest of the world), The Mountain Goats- "No Children" it's kind of our groups drinking theme song Quote
Gregorovich Posted May 21, 2011 Posted May 21, 2011 I like pop music, in particular Lady GaGa. I also really like Rihanna and Katy Perry. Just the usual people that are popular over here . Quote

Contrary to popular belief, they do have of talent - it's just that it's not necessarily evident from their songs... Wow, I would never have expected another Soshi either.... yea like you I do actually like a lot of their earlier stuff too, as well as their more mellow tunes away from their obvious hits (hoot, rdr, gee, genie)...( , , It's Fantastic)That Taeyeon sample you gave was really good, I think she's the best singer out of all of them... her solo stuff is incredible.... I also love Sexica's voice, I think she has the sweetest voice mixed with great range (One Year Later) I love that Oppa Nappa sample you left, when they get a few member's to do a melody together it comes out really beautifully... my favourite is 'Beautiful Restriction'... I think a lot of people don't appreciate Sunny Bunny's voice but she has an amazing singing range to.. I love the Soshi upbeat tracks as they remind me of Sunny so much.. ( and of course ).. but of course where would Sunny be without her Super Aegyo Power's... no one can watch this without smiling.... (for the unitiated.. 'Aegyo' is Korean for 'cute', it's known throughout the solar system that Sunny has the cutest voice & charcter there has ever been... If evidence was needed... ) ... I also heard that scientist's had done studies on Sunny, and they reported that Einstein's theory of relativity was apparently wrong because when Sunny unleashes her Aegyo power's, studies have found that at the exact same moment all time & motion in the universe actually stands still... Sone Hwaiting... Edited May 21, 2011 by art_apples Quote
punkr13 Posted May 24, 2011 Posted May 24, 2011 earlier today was listening to some dropkick murphys - a friend bought me a vinyl, so was enjoying the smooth LP sounds :D Quote
dels_tesis Posted May 24, 2011 Posted May 24, 2011 Sounds like inspiration for a peculiar MOC? I've a tendency to play Portishead in the car- and given that few of the cars I've ever owned feature air con (and on only one of them did it actually work) I have been observed with the windows wound down at traffic lights singing Portishead's Glory Box... 'Give me a reason to be-eeeeeee a woman'... Bear in mind that I am not of that gender, and traffic lights in my country can stay red for ages... but they don't glow red nearly as long as I do when I realised I've been clocked... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GxsopQLZpCI Great group and great song... I can´t wait to see them in three weeks =) And you can also dance with them... Quote
Glitch System Posted May 24, 2011 Posted May 24, 2011 I love punk music like blink-182, Rise Against, and the Offspring. I also like some electronic music like Daft Punk, the Glitch Mob, Digitalism, and Justice. Quote

Pandora Posted May 28, 2011 Posted May 28, 2011 Today feels like a Florence day. We will sing this loudly in the car on the way to the LEGO store. "and I never wanted anything from you, except everything you had and what was left after that, too." Gotta love Flozza. Quote
