def Posted February 21, 2012 Posted February 21, 2012 The early Basement Jaxx. I can't believe this is 13 years old already. It's old enough to start sneaking liquor Quote
Pandora Posted February 21, 2012 Posted February 21, 2012 <Kasabian - Velociraptor A fantastic album with some great, great songs. Incidentally the unofficial soundtrack to IMHOTEP. Another fantastic album, with songs I just can't get out of my head at all, is Arcade Fire - The Suburbs. A bunch of great songs, but Sprawl II (Mountains Beyond Mountains) is just.... Quote
Joey Lock Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 None of their songs are bad or failures. They're unique. Quote
Flipz Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 The Glee version of Stronger (What doesn't kill you). As much as it pains a Gleek like me to say it, it's not as good as the original, but at the same time there's something about Heather Morris' voice that I can't resist. Quote
iamded Posted February 24, 2012 Posted February 24, 2012 Uh, I'm not sure how it happened, but I've become weirdly obsessed with The Powerpuff Girls closing credits song. Oh yes, that's right, I saw a video that had Christian Bale (the Batman one, yes) singing it. Which led to me waxing nostalgic by listening to the actual song over and over, which led to me learning that it's performed by the Scottish indie pop band Bis, which lead to me listening to it some more. A link, in case anyone's curious and wants to give it a listen... Quote
Poison Ivy Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 (edited) Breaking Benjamin, mostly. My favorite song has to be this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vIVtygd1qXc Edited February 27, 2012 by Poison Ivy Quote
Joey Lock Posted February 27, 2012 Posted February 27, 2012 Whilst having coffee with my friend, she showed me a song on her iPod and since then I haven't been able to get it out of my head. It's a South Korean song: It tells a whole movie type story in a simple music video, it's amazing. Quote
iamded Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 This song randomly became stuck in my head today. Although I don't listen to them much now, Hurt is still my favourite band and I'm looking forward to their new album this year. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y3BhAZDSuHk Quote
Joey Lock Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Ben Cooper does not get enough popularity. He deserves it. Quote

Legogal Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 Twisted Mess performed by Nineh Cherry in the score of Best Laid Plans by Craig Armstrong. Movie scores and more movie scores in my playlist. Quote

def Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 Skrillex or any type of Dubstep. Check this out, proto-dubstep, from around the mid-90s http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zs33sYYkYxE Me, recently I've been chilling out with the lord. That chorus is like a shock of white light: Quote
