colt556 Posted March 2, 2016 Posted March 2, 2016 (edited) I found the pages with the parts lists in color, but they are somewhat poor quality and get blurry when zoomed in. I want to dig through all my bins of bulk Lego to pull out as many parts as possible that I already have. I have many many bins of Lego. Then order whatever I dont have. I want to print out a list with pictures to check off as I pull them. Is there a higher quality pictured parts list in the instructions? I was about to piece together the UCS falcon, but this is too impressive to not build first. It is truly outstanding. Edited March 2, 2016 by colt556 Quote
Anio Posted March 2, 2016 Author Posted March 2, 2016 The entire instruction (with part list) is in HD. Quote

Seemed high quality to me. Not sure why it is blurry for you. Quote

It is rare for a builder to take the time to even bother putting instructions together in the first place. Usually you'll pay a lot more for some rendering files and a parts list. I suggest you pay the very small amount of money for the builder's instructions and see for yourself before you start complaining about the quality of the free images you've seen so far. Quote

Anio Posted March 13, 2016 Author Posted March 13, 2016 It seems it took 15 emails from me and several guys reporting the item for the auction to be withdrawn... Thank you all. Let's just hope that he does not repost the auction in a near futur... Régis Quote

sandtrooper Posted March 16, 2016 Posted March 16, 2016 Hello, Still building this model. I like to jump around and build subsections before pulling everything together, so mostly have the bottom docking bay and the light bluish gray section at the stern attached to the frame. Since I'm not using the magnets, is it feasible to attach the bottom triangular hull pieces before adding the bridge superstructure, the center top dark red long piece and the engines? Thank you. droid747 Posted March 16, 2016 Posted March 16, 2016 How much on average are people spending on all of the pieces not including the expensive magnet holders for this. Quote
Bbafett Posted March 17, 2016 Posted March 17, 2016 How much on average are people spending on all of the pieces not including the expensive magnet holders for this. Not including the magnet holders and having no parts inventory I spent a little over $800 on parts and another $60 or so on shipping. I was originally estimating around $950 before magnet holders so I came in lower with some careful ordering. Loved doing it. Looks amazing too. Quote
YouNeverKnow Posted March 29, 2016 Posted March 29, 2016 Just be careful when buying used parts look at the description ,not satisfied the way some look! have a lot of discoloration need to buy new plates, need to change them out. Also buy NEW magnets!!!! Quote
Anio Posted March 29, 2016 Author Posted March 29, 2016 I buy many used parts on my MOCs. It is all ok for most of my orders. Still, if some parts are not ok, the extra cost to rebuy the damaged parts is way lower than the savings made when buying many other parts as used. Quote
droid747 Posted March 30, 2016 Posted March 30, 2016 (edited) If i could get all the pieces for around $800 to $900 before magnet holders that would be awsome, unfortunately I just don't have room to display this awsome piece so i don't think I will be bricklinking it. Also I want to buy a good vader helmet so i think I will be doing the helmet instead. Edited March 30, 2016 by droid747 Quote
KevinYoung Posted March 31, 2016 Posted March 31, 2016 My my my. Eventually I'm going to get these plans its just a must. What a fantastic build. Quote
