What makes you say that? Computerbug hasn't said anything about a limit to the amount of players, and you aren't late by any means - the game hasn't even started it.

So quit the pity-party and join the real party!

Hear Hear! Great to have you aboard AwesomeStar! Have you chosen your faction yet?

Hello!

Wow, nice game you've got here - I await the action with baited breath!

Now, I've just got back on Eurobricks after a bit of a hiatus from building because of exams and such, so I just wanted to enquire if A.) there are any spaces left (which I don't think there are), or B. any chance I could be a reserve?

I know it's a bit audacious from me seeing as I'm really, really late in my asking, but I just wanted to make sure :sweet:

~A.S.

Sandy is right it's completely fine but by "Reserve do you mean that you'll join later?

Thanks guys

And by reserve I meant, if it was limited, should a player drop out, could I take his place. But obviously it's not limited, so there's no need for me to be a reserve :sweet:

I'll post a bio and character really soon :classic:

Just posted this. Is this how we're going to do most of the game, like SWCG?

Nice intro, but that's not what computerbug told me we were gonna do.

It's like this, I believe:(Minus the italics)

"But I didn't get the chip," said *name*.

"Are you sure? Most of the people on the island have gotten it by now. The company's taking over the whol island," said *name*

*name* stood quietly and thought for a moment.

"Is it possible to not know you got the chip?"

Etc. etc.

You get the idea.

At least, that's what I think it is.

I didn't mean to say that I expected the entirety of the story to be told in comics, I did expect mostly text. I meant to ask if it was like SWCG, which is to my memory a combination of text and comics...

I may be wrong though, having only just started to read through SWCG.

Pardon my ignorance, but I've never personally read the SWCG. when I joined Apocalypse, I knew what to do from the start. But yes, what you can do is post pictures, either add text in them or below them in your post. You can o either, probably.

But to be safe, Computerbug should answer that question.

In the Star Wars Comic Game, we often used pictures to support our dialogue and to make it more interesting. Everyone was encouraged to contribute and add pictures of scenes. Captions were only used in place of actual text in the post.

I think what Steel Dragon is asking is if everyone should add pictures, or if Compterbug is the only one doing it. Or if it has pictures at all.

The SWCG was originally images then text underneath. But most people were too lazy/busy [delete as appropriate]to create them so we only had the occasional one.

What do you think of the SWCG so far? plots, characters ect.

Striker is correct that's how were going to do it but I would like it f once in a while somebody could post a creation to go along with the part of the story they posted. :classic: And for you Sok I'll add you to the list. :classic: And sorry still no news on when it starts. And guys I think I can only allow one more player to join (Unless somebody quits) so we don't have too many characters because I'd say 15 is enough.

Thanks Computerbug, that's what I was trying to say exactly. I made the comic as a side-MOC based on the universe but not necessariuly as part of the game's story. I'll probably do what you said, making the occasional comic or MOC when a scene is interesting/doable with my collection.

Thanks for all the clarifying SWCG info Jim and simon, that's really helpful for explaining the game's intentions.

I have a long experience with games like this, and I can tell you that most likely at least a third of the people in your list will only post once or twice max. and then fade. It's harder to keep a hold of the players in a "loose" game like this, where everyone aren't in the same place at the same time (like in Mafia and Mystery games), but each have to contribute to the overall story on their own or in smaller groups.

So I wouldn't worry about having too many players if I were you, I would worry about having enough active players. And in simple math, the more players you have, the more activity you have a chance to get.

Just be sure to start the game with a captivating scene or event, to give all the players an incentive to start posting, rather than just saying "be where you want, do what you want".

I hope this helps, rather than confuses you!

Okay thanks for the advice! :classic: Then I guess I'll just forget about the max characters.

Updated bio has been posted. Opinions welcome. Sorry for lack of pic, I'll have to wait until I get some spare money to buy the relevant sets.

Eager to get into the game

Can't wait for this to start! I've got some RPG experience from other sites, but this will be a first on Eurobricks (for me).

Same here. I was going to participate in the HERO fan story thread, but I think that may've died before it even started...

Aagh, this is crazy, I'm already working on a large S.T.E.E.L. MOC.

Well, I'm not sure if Mystery Games count, but aside from that all my RPGing XP comes from playing DnD, which I DM

I think DM can be used as a verb.

I'm probably not going to be able to do MOCs that often, but I'll try to make one at least every so often.

Hey Computerbug, what color is Zerbitanium? I've got trans-light-blue stuck in my head, but I wanted to know if you had something else in mind.

Well this will probably answer your question. :classic: It's a R.A.T mining base I made in December.

More pics here. BTW if you are really stupid or something they are mining for Zerbite (The trans-neon green crystals) And I'm going to post a Cyberpunk MOC tomorrow. And tereglith I'm happy to know that people are liking just the idea of the location and everything so much. :classic:

Excellent! I have the Crystal King and 7 trans green crystals! This'll work awesome.

For us S.T.E.E.L. members, it'll be easy to make our MOCs. Just piles of junk
