That was not so much of a problem when we were 6-10 persons. It is slightly different now. So we have to wait a bit, but I will come back with details in just a few days. Awww, Dennimator. Seriously though, I was just eager to sleep with (oh come on, you know what I mean... ) someone else than my family. I guess living in the.. ladies´ lounge is OK if there is no other choice (I see the rooms are pretty much full)... As long as you change the name of it. If you press that one and choose "Track this topic" you can then choose "Immediate Email Notification". In this way all eventees will get notify whenever there is a new post. You can also do this to other interesting topics. We are starting to get really close now my friends. Don´t forget about this topic. It will be one important competition for the Event. Quote

The prices are for the complete room. If you are in a four bed room, you pay for one night each. Very simple. CM have said he can pay for the booking fee. Then he pretty much will have paid for the room he will stay in. So the guys in his room pays him. No one has to transfer any money to anyone now. Everybody will pay for them selfes when we arrive. If there is any other questions, please ask away! Quote

That's a lot of cash to be carrying around for the weekend and we leave on Monday after everyone else has gone home!! My home currency is euro so assuming direct payment to the hotel via credit card isn't an option, is payment to be made in Danish currency or euro? If payment in Danish currency is required I'll need to be prepared. Quote

Front Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 (edited) I would be very surprised if Visa and Mastercard and similar would not be accepted at the Hotel. (Can't find information on their homepage http://www.legoland-village.dk) You can withdraw money from similar cards at Banks in Billund. Generally you can pay with cards everywhere in Denmark. Denmark and England, when will you be members of the Eurozone? Don't forget Sweden, we got our own money too! It's not a big deal though, many stores and places in Sweden and Denmark accept euros too and if you got a credit card it usually also work fine. Quote
