Posted January 27, 201015 yr Added another mast to my BSB, like the SES. http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=4314138 Another smaller ship http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=4314139 When I built Brickbeards Revenge I mostly just added a second to the first. The left over bow and stern became a ship it own. http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=4314141 http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=4314143 My Harbor, varius wherehouses, restaurants, flag maker, Customs house, and Soldiers forts etc. Note custms officials Wig, custom made by me. January 28, 201015 yr Very cool, you have an awesome collection! Your port will definitely inspire my own when I begin construction.
January 28, 201015 yr You have a nice collection and some neat stuff. If you deep link the pictures as oppossed to putting links in your messages you are going to get a lot more feedback and interest from people.
January 29, 201015 yr Very nice harbor. I like how you arranged it. I definatly want to do something similer now. I also like how you put the extra mast on the BSB. That looks much nicer. The only thing I didn't like about the BSB was that it was a brig and now I think it looks just perfect.
January 29, 201015 yr Looks like you've got the deeplinking down, but pictures need to be a maximum of 800 x 600 on EB. Here's a resizing tutorial. Tutorial Good luck!
January 30, 201015 yr Author I was in St Thomas a year ago and all the buildings and warehouses and stuff were right along the waterfront. The water right there was not exceptionally deep so little boats were all that was along the docks and the bigger boats were 100 yards out of so. So I made a harbor that reflects that. It has been a long WIP adding a little here and there.
January 30, 201015 yr This is a fine MOC, with a lot of funny details. Your wig is nice indeed and so are the beards The 'Krusty Krab' sign is also quite funny Good job!
January 30, 201015 yr A nice looking dock you have constructed there. I would like to see some detailing in the water itself, maybe some white water or raised blue plates, white tiles or cheese etc to make the water come alive. Great job.
January 30, 201015 yr The port looks really nice, as does your ship. I can't say I'm a fan of the BB sails on the IF, but that's not your fault. I just don't see them fitting together. But nice MOC port!
January 31, 201015 yr Author Capt Zuloo, that is not the IF with BBB sails, that is two BBB added together with some other stuff that ended up being the same size. It is called Brickbeard's Revenge. Capt Stabbin, at one time it was called Helm's Harbor and the was a Helm on the dock, but I had to use it on a ship and the Harbor changes. Maybe I will call it Stabbin Harbor. I really don't know yet.
January 31, 201015 yr Wow neat port! Everything looks so nice. Maybe some SNOT water to make it look a little more 'professional'. I hope I'm using that work right.
February 1, 201015 yr Nice collection, I really like the shot that spans almost the whole port. Very impressive, it'd be sweet if you could have a video of it slowing, like a helicopter flying over. I'm trailing off though, great job!
