Hey (or should I say eh?) fellow brick worshipers.

My name is Lee Jones, I am a Virgo, and I like long walks on the beach. Or champagne and strawberries in the penthouse suite. Actually, I would settle for a coffee and a smack on the big behind, but I'm easy.

I have mostly been hanging out on MOCpages, until my last moc came close to getting me kicked off for sexual content (of minifigs only), now I am weighing options. I'd link you the moc but it has been censored for the time being.

Lego Interests:

Eclectic would be too nice of a word. I build in whatever I feel like; although, I do have a love for science fiction and castle.

Army building - if you ever wonder where those 300 torsos went to off of BL that you were looking at, they are currently in transit to my house (Canadian Rockies).

Other Interests:

My family (married, two kids)

Medicine - I am a doctor in a small town, family practice and emergency medicine

Friends - I don't actually have any, but I would like to one day

Long range shooting - 500-1000m

Driving (fast - just ask the police about my monthly contributions), and vehicles in general - eyeballing an IS-F, but I would probably just lose my license anyways.

Flirting with the lovely Lego ladies - all three of them

My Current Homepage (but I am all talk, I love MOCpages, and I am as faithful as an old dog):

MOCpages

Current projects:

A 2m long Pillar of Autumn from the video game Halo, for BW2010

a 6K+ army for BW2010

a remote controlled tank

reworking my daughter's pink castle

I will get around to putting up some pics in a bit, but at the moment - I have to go help a kid in the ER.

Lee Jones

(and yes, I always sign my posts with 'Lee', always have, always will - you should see how many people are doing it on MOCpages now - slowly converting people, one comment at a time. Social experimentation at it's finest).

LEE! Great to see you here. I look forward to your 'witty' contributions. I hope to actually get to talk to you a bit more at BW this year. And yes folks, he isn't joking about the armies. I have seen these things in person!

I've actually run into your MOCpages a few times, and I must say, I'm quite fond your work. I hope you enjoy your stay here on EB. I defintely want to see more of the armies.

Welcome to Eurobricks Lee!

It seems that we are collecting quite a... collection of witty members here on EB! You will fit in quite nicely I think. I laughed a lot reading your introduction. Looking forward to seeing some of your work, censored might be best (even though that is no fun)!

Cheers,

Ooooo!

Sexual content, eh?

Do show.

Welcome to Eurobricks.

Hopefully we'll strike you as a friendly community aimed at AFOLs and accepting AFOL jokes

As one of the lucky few who was able to see Lee's "banned" moc before it was taken down... You people REALLY missed out! Oh, and wait till you see his Pillar... it's spectacular! Yes, I'm talking about the MOC...

Welcome aboard Dr. Jones!

Dr. Jones it is wonderful to see you've joined the Eurobricks crowd! I must admit your "banned" MOC was well built and had a tantalizing story....perhaps someday the Eurobricks crew will be able to enjoy it as well.

Again, welcome to Eurobricks!!

Welcome aboard Lee, an impressive array of armies on show there. May I welcome all the other "sensible adults from MOCPages that I may have missed as well.

Great to have an influx of "mature" adults here.

Invasion On!

Thank you for all the greets, hopefully I will get to spend enough time here to get to know many of you. Although, my last interaction with Dennis, Chris, Mark, and the Sterling's left a bad taste in my mouth (BW 2009) - I still have high hopes that I might actually meet some of you too.

Joking aside, I will be BW 2010, and if we should cross paths, then the beer is on me (and no Chris, I am not talking about body shots).

Must... not... make... dirty... joke...

But, that's why everyone was eating pinapple before hand.

(sorry, willpower wasn't strong enough.)

Welcome!

You are saying building(planning to build) a Pillar from Halo, good luck with that!

Is that gonna be big or minifig scale?

Greets.

Sadly, no, If my calculations are correct (and they are not always, take my mistake in my first trial of the POA), then for it to be minifig scale it would have to be about 20-meters long, 6.5-meters wide, and 7.4-meters high. This is assuming a minifig is about 4.1cm tall and the Master Chief is about 213cm tall. A little too big (and expensive) to be feasible.

It will be, however, big at 2-meters long(I think that is about 6' 8" long).
