I Scream Clone Posted February 6, 2010 Author Posted February 6, 2010 Excellent, it's great to see that you're not just doing buildings. Will you be putting all of your Tombclone MOCs into one scene, or do they all use recycled parts?Anyway, I like the stagecoach. Just what I would imagine for something of that era, except it is a little tall. I think bringing it a little lower to the ground somehow would make it look more realistic. The vulture is great too, but I think I saw that technique used before. I mentioned in the first post that Legohaulic came up with the vulture before. Presently all MOC's exist with no recycling of parts and I may be able to build a few more (plenty of ideas floating around ). However time is the resource I am lacking at the moment. As for lower to the ground it is possible, however I actually wanted to use the larger wheels from Kings Chariot set which I assume would have made it even higher. Thanks for dropping by. Quote
escortmad79 Posted February 6, 2010 Posted February 6, 2010 That vulture is so simple but so amazing!! Quote

Ah, sorry about that. I should read more often. That's good to hear that you can build them all at one time, I look forward to the day when you put them all together. As for lower to the ground it is possible, however I actually wanted to use the larger wheels from Kings Chariot set which I assume would have made it even higher. That would be interesting, I suppose. Better, even. But couldn't the wheel centers sit higher on the coach, so more of the wheel overlaps the coach? Whatever you decide to do, I'm sure it will look great. Oh, and I just read the TBB post on this creation. Congrats to that, but I have to agree- poor horse! Quote
Klaus-Dieter Posted February 16, 2010 Posted February 16, 2010 This is a totally awesome Western MOC, I Scream Clone! I really it! The stage coach looks absolutely realistic and the landscape with all its details is stunning! The only thing I don't like that much is the brick-built legs and feet of the woman inside the stage coach. Plus imo it would be look more realistic and more imposing to have two or four horses in front of the stage coach (with only one horse pulling this huge stage coach I think that this horse will soon brake down ). The most I like the landscape and the minifigs. Very, very well done! Klaus-Dieter Quote
Brickadier General Posted February 17, 2010 Posted February 17, 2010 I really like what you have here. It's a really good build. However, I would fill in the saddle with brown brick, and I would give your drivers some "rope" to hold on to instead of air. The Lego string with studs on both ends would probably work well. Quote
